The service my family and I had today from a very hardworking gentleman called tawhid was top notch five star. Very helpful and caring always asking if we needed any help on the table. We need more of this five star service keep it up and a very big thank you tawhid. All the very best.

I have just spent £41.00 to have Nandos delivered to me. The chicken was not well done. I called to explain it to the manager who claims as long as there is no blood in it it is ok for consumption. She is impatient, abrupt, rude and very argumentative. When I asked her to calmly explain things to me she claimed she has dropped everything to speak to me. As someone who trains, coaches and trains people in diverse organisations about delivering good customer services, I would say this customer service and food is not fit for purpose. That manager needs to go on training, be humble and learn to respect and listen to people not satisfied with the fake service. This food was badly prepared. According to her even if it is white it should be ok to eat. I do not know why these Eastern Europeans, some of them , from her accent are so rude and feel entitled all the time? Worst kind of manager. A very worrying and bad experience.

This is one of the nicer Namdos. Larger with plenty of seating. Busy but not too noisy. Friendly service. Good quality food. Standard prices (albeit Nandos has put their prices up) clean enough facilities. Parking is ample although it's busy around Nandos. Make sure you park in a bay or you will get a ticket if you drive. Staff were friendly and food was good. Overall I would recommend.

My regular Nando's . We go there at least once a month..food is halal..only problem is toilet basin...this is disgusting ..i try to avoid to go to the toilet.

Food was cold, and staff have said that's the warmest it gets. While I was waiting in the queue I noticed that they leave the food on the side under some sort of light (possibly heated), the queue I was in had three people in front of me and I noticed, when I got to the front the same food was still sitting under the light waiting to be taken to the customers (this could be the reason why its cold, its taking too long for the cooked food to get to the table). Also the bathroom suffers from drainage flies, so annoying.The seating area seemed clean and as it was just before lunch, I was able to be shown to a table straight as I got in, so quick seating. The staff seem pleasant, but the efficiency from grill to table is what let's them down.Parking: Parking in front of the restaurant around 20 spaced maybe.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat surface, so accessible and disabled bathroom supplied.

Very unprofessional service by few members of the team. Today i was there with my family. While i was placing the order over the counter a stranger customer just came up and joking around on my order- which made me very upset. I mean who are you to intervene , i dont even know you. Why are you getting friendly and making jokes.while the counter guy was also laughing with him. This made me more angry. Despite him seeing that i was getting upset with customer he should have told him to back off—- he was laughing and being part of it. I mean how rude is this. I went up to management and raised complain. Even the manger didnt look much of help. No body later on came up to apologise. This is how you treat your customers. Very rude and upsetting behaviour.If i wasn’t there with my kids (who were already hungry) i would have left that place at the moment.

The management of the restaurant has improved significantly, however there are some things that need to be dealt with. Our first server (drinks) was rude yet our second server (food) was really helpful. The food was fine but was difficult to get past the initial rudeness. Then we met the manager, Tania, who was pleasant and helpful and was obviously keeping a keen eye on service levels.I had a sub-par experience here in the past but im glad we gave it another go. The new manager seems to be getting the kinks out so for that I give a score of encouragement. Thanks
