I ordered the pizza 6pm it was ready 6.20 and they needed 32 min to dispatch it. It arrived 7.03pm and guess what it was stone cold. This was my first order with the Eastham branch and it will be my last.I DO NOT recommend them!

Worst pizzas. Ordered a pizza that came half cooked. Cheese was not melted and it was doughy. Called the branch and had another delivered and it was worse. Less cooked than the previous one.

Staff is polite that are working here. They are working hard. They give me excellent customer service. Most of all Papa Johns has the best quality dough and their pizza sauce is delicious.

First time we ordered from this place! Food order arrived not full. The driver past the pizzas and said that’s it, when we asked about our drinks he said no drinks was ordered. We had to show driver order for him to see that he was wrong. Later he apologised and said he is new driver and he was not aware. We asked the driver to call his manager. After some time another delivery driver brought our drinks.Not pleasant customer service.

Ordered pizza with toppings of our choice with tuna, olive, onions and peppers which was 10/10. They do halal chicken which was our 2nd pizza, but we aren’t fan of bbq sauce which can be always be changed
