I had the pleasure of visiting Papa John Richmond and being served by Mahesh (we laughed because our names are similar) but before this Mahesh was very friendly patient, helpful, understanding and Hygienic! not to mention made me a delicious pizza. Made some good suggestions and was very flexible in order to accommodate this is the type of service I really appreciate. Thank you

Must be one of the worst PapaJohns there is.The last two times ive ordered I did not receive the purchased extra dips. The next time I collected and stated that the last two times I hadnt received the extras I paid for and said make sure you add them to this order, he then insisted not to worry they were in the pizza box's. Well you could of guessed it, I went home opened the pizza box's and they were not there!Well today I went again to collect my pizzas and this time didnt bother ordering extra sauces, anyway went to collect and the guy behind the counter was sort of dealing with an order and took cash not putting it through the till, the customer asked where is my change and he said dont worry one of the other members of staff will give him change he is just making a pizza. If this wasnt the owner, then something fishy going on there. Anyway I stood there for a couple min before he even bothered to look at me, his attitude was appauling and very unprofessional. I think this will be the last time I support this business.

Garlic balls tasted metallic, and the chicken pizza, chunky low end. Managed half, won’t ever use again. They took all the fun out of it.

I don’t think it deserves the bad wrap. Pizzas we pick up are always hot and well topped. Sure not the most efficient or friendly service but 2 pizzas and change from £30 is good value.

Ordered food, paid online with a freebie from my points from past deliveries to my address and the branch just didn't deliver because they didn't believe my address!!! The same dam one they have been delivering to for the last 3 years!!!

Ordered pizza on Uber Eats, had a change of mind, phoned to cancel and was told they couldn't cancel. I decided that was fine and waited for the pizza to be delivered. Pizza never came (even though it still showed up on uber eats) and I eventually phoned. The man who answered was extremely rude, and told me that I cancelled the order. This is bizarre as I was told they couldn't cancel the order. Very annoying as they told Uber Eats that I cancelled the order after they started making it, so I'm getting no refund. Complete lies... Please don't support this business

When I go visit some friends by Richmond, we sometimes order some pizzas from this Papa John's. Great quality coming out of this establishment. They recently renewed the store as well, it looks great.But do take my reciew with a grain of salt, since Papa John's is my favoured fast pizza venue when compared to Dominoes and the likes!
