The young gentleman in glasses who was serving us was coughing all over the ice cream. I ordered a brownie sundae and he gave us such a small scoop which left the cup half empty. I have been to so many baskin robbins but have never received such small scoops. When I did question him he said to me these are standard scoops despite me seeing him give the lady before us a bigger scoop. He then proceeded to argue with us while holding the ice cream in his hand and refusing to give us a normal size scoop. I have been baskin robbins in many locations but I have never received such service.Me and my wife ended up leaving the shop and going over to the Colindale branch who had good customer service and very generous with the size of there scoops. Finchley branch is also very good but avoid this branch as this gentleman was rude and arrogant. The irony is that he probably ended up wasting the ice cream and losing a customer as we just drove 9 minutes away to Colindale branch which is excellent in service and portion size.

This BR has been around a very long time. The current staff are lovely, friendly with a smile. Pistachio and chocolate was the order today on a very warm June Saturday. If you want ice cream then pop in you won't be disappointed ??

Very bad service, Racist manager , my ice cream fell and i asked them for a new ice cream but they were very rude to me and started shouting at me and didn’t give me another scoop, others have recieved new scoops but this manager was very racistWe are customers who comes here very often

We turned up at the last minute, just before closing time (Thursday 06/10/22) and the sales assistant was so friendly and polite. My daughter was very happy to buy a tub of her beloved rainbow sherbet ice cream :)

This Baskin Robbins had the most friendliest and charming customer service, as well as being immensely helpful as I was completely new to the ice cream world. I came in clueless and didn’t know what to purchase or how the shop works as it was my first time but they were so so helpful with what type and flavours to choose and let me try three samples. They were careful and consistent with making sure my preferences and allergies, so they definitely deal with their customers with proper care and patience, so i’d definitely recommend this ice cream shop to anyone. I would have to say my first times coming here was especially perfect because Ioana and Hameem were super friendly and generous to me and made me want to come in more and more, which I definitely will. Iona and Hameem have also made me stay inside the shop instead of takeaway as their customer service was that welcoming. And a bonus, the ice cream was delicious!! No other place can compare
