I use here via my domino's app and every time I order I call to ask for 1 of my pizza to be a little bit well done and I notice every time I do call every member of staff is either very abrupt and rude or just pretends that the line is bad I personally see this store as a shambles

This place used to be great under the previous (East European) franchisee, but has gone downhill rapidly under the new ownership. This is reflected in the average rating, which used to be around 4.2 and is now at 3.7 and declining.I used to order from this outlet on a weekly basis for years but have now stopped completely. My last order was the final straw. Delivery took over an hour to arrive despite ordering at an off peak time (midweek at 11pm). Not only was the food cold but the pizza was ultra thin (like the dough of a small pizza had been overly stretched to make a large pizza). Additionally, the pizza was slanted in the box - suggesting the driver went for a joyride (hence the long delivery time), doing wheelies on the moped.Further, the lack of toppings (on pizza), filling (in dough balls) and general quality and taste of food was shocking.

On multiple occasions now. Single driver takes multiple deliveries, on app pizza shows delivered yet nothing arrived and then all of sudden after 30min extra wait cold pizza arrives. Unnaceptable esp that dominos are now charging for delivery!!!!

it was very bad terrible they gave me hard burnt crust and did not put all the toppings on that I wanted that I paid extra for it is very bad I want a refund and a new pizza very bad they should go back to training

Without a doubt the worst dominos ive visited.Customer service does not exist here.Expect to be passed around the phone to 4 different people that are apparently the manager, when trying to ask simple questions.Very stingy with toppings and dips. Even my Cinni dippers have come with no dip.

Pizza falling apart at the crust, not fantastic when you pay upwards of £20 and just want to order food after a 10 hour work day. I do order frequently from here and mostly the orders are great, one male member of the instore staff is very switched on, helpful, polite and professional, the rest not so much and barely even say hello. Sorry but this time I just need to post photos of this "pizza" here as there is nowhere I can on the online form.

My wife ordered from you and the staff are not professional they don’t answer their phone and food came cold I am only giving 1 star because the driver was apologetic please have a better phone and customer service.
