If you’re in the search for authentic Kenyan food then this is the place to be. We had the starter platter which I didn’t grab a photo of but my husband and I demolished the samosas, wings & pack potatoes (viazi karai). We then had the garlic prawns with chapati and muhogo which was all really good. We also had the masala chai which hit the spot. The food transported me back home and we look forward to going back and trying the nyama choma next time :)Really glad to have another place like home in London!

Ever since my friend introduced me to this place, I haven't been able to stop going back. From the moment I took a slice of that lamp chop and placed it on my tongue... I went into shock and have been in a chock hold ever since. It was my first time trying Kenyan food and I'd describe it as a fusion of Turkish and Asian food. DELICIOUS !! The staff are always pleasant, and other customers tend to be friendly and sociable. The food is so delicious its unreal....

Visited early on a Friday evening we were met with a warm welcome, and our server was very nice it was our first visit, and she went through the menu. The food was very good. The cocktail was excellent.Everybody from the manager guy on grill and our server made our visit a great experience, and we will certainly go back.

Disappointing Experience at Kenya Kitchen⭐️☆☆☆☆I recently visited Kenya Kitchen with my family to celebrate a special occasion, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. While the ambiance and company were pleasant, the overall dining experience was quite disappointing. One of the major letdowns was the portion sizes. The food, albeit delicious, was served in minuscule portions. The trays of food on the buffet line were consistently empty, leaving us waiting for extended periods before they were refilled. I was particularly looking forward to enjoying a generous serving of nyama choma (grilled meat), but to my dismay, the portion was so small that it left me unsatisfied. What added to the disappointment was the pricing. Not only were we served meager portions, but the prices were also exorbitant. It felt as though we were being overcharged for the limited amount of food we received. To make matters worse, there was a service charge tacked onto the bill that seemed unreasonable given the lackluster service we experienced.Overall, I couldn't shake the feeling that our dining experience at Kenya Kitchen was akin to being robbed. It's disheartening to spend our hard-earned money on a celebratory meal and leave the restaurant feeling unsatisfied and taken advantage of. As a patron, I expected a more enjoyable experience, better value for my money, and a more attentive service.I hope that the management of Kenya Kitchen takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the portion sizes, pricing, and overall dining experience. As a customer, I believe that honest feedback is crucial for businesses to thrive, and I hope that future diners will have a more positive experience than we did.In conclusion, while Kenya Kitchen may have potential, based on my recent visit, I cannot recommend it to others in its current state.

My partner and I tried for the first time as we were filming a video for our YouTube channel (Arthurine&Javier), since then, it has become our favourite restaurant!! Food is 10, quantity is fantastic, the presentation and cleanliness are outstanding and the service is always excellent!!It's rarely to see one of the staff cleaning the wine bottles when the restaurant is quiet and they were doing which shows how clean they have the restaurant. If you have never been here, please try!!

The service left some to be desired. The young woman serving me was nice and friendly but could definitely be much more prompt. There were a couple occasions where failing to catch the eye of the server while waiting, I ended up just waiting with my hand up. They were some indulging of my relative naivety towards Kenyan food.
