British KFCs do a wonderful Chicken Fillet Burger that is hugely better than anything in America. It's not as good as it was in the 90s, but it's still yummy.Therefore, I go to KFC whenever I visit Britain.Sadly, the KFC in Edgware is not as good as it could be. It tends to be very busy, to the point where it is impossible to order in person because of the line of delivery service people collecting orders.Instead, you need to order at the (single) automated machine. It works well enough but it doesn't have the personal touch of talking to a staff member.Once you've ordered, the problems really start;There is rarely a clean table available to sit at because the restaurant has limited seating and it's so busy, they don't seem to have time to clean the tables that have been vacated. The door to the restroom is locked so you have to be buzzed in. The straws are the supposedly environmentally friendly paper straws that dissolve on contact with any drink and give the drink a weird taste, and they had no ice for the drinks. Oh, and no Sundaes for my daughter's kids meal so she had to have the pineapple spears that were "too sweet and, while they sort of have a pineappley texture, they're... Ugh... Nasty".My chicken fillet burger was still yummy, but it was definitely a little thinner and drier than they used to be.It feels like KFC's standards are declining and this makes me very sad.

It's always the same. Every time I think oh Yes KFC, then I go in, the foid is disappointing, the chips awful, the chicken and skin terrible, and then I wish I never went in in the first place and spent too much money. Paul

The service is sooo slow. When you see your screen is full of orders, it would be the best time to offer your help at the front and help the packer... Only one person was packing for take aways, deliveries, and eat in orders... Slow.Also it was flaming hot in the restaurant. Like a sauna. Horrible.

It's horrible. The coffee machine didn't work, the toilet didn't work. It is very hot in the establishment, the air conditioner is never turned on.
Terrible service order food left half the order out and then didn’t answer there phone after!!
