INFESTED with flies. Small swarm came straight for my food when I arrived. Instead of enjoying my meal, I spent the time swiping them dead. NEVER seen this before in any McDonalds :-(I told the manager and he told me he already knew about it, but they were finding it very difficult to get rid of the flies.

Delivery driver spilt coffee all over my food, bags all broken, food loose in his bag and asked me if I wanted it. I refused and said I want a fresh order. He said he'd get a new order went off never came back. Went out to my car and he'd left the bags of food on my bin.Tried calling resturant no reply just ringing out..Just eats won't refund. Couldn't get in touch with McDs Stanmore direct. No food No money. Its a disgusting way to treat customers. McDs, why are you not addressing these issues with Just Eats. Why are is your branch uncontatable? So peed off, ill never use either McDs or Just Eat again. I feel like I've been robbed in broad daylight.

Guess what no answer!Cant do anything through the app because delivered by uber.. Uber has no record because ordered through McDonald's app.Is this an intentional scam?!?If you use the app be sure to collect and check your order.The stupid reward points are not worth half an order every time

I have ordered a Chicken Big Mac burger via the McDonalds App. The delivery arrived without the burger!!! I have called McDonalds straight away and got told to speak to Uber and that it is not McDonalds problem. The Uber number in question has no customer service at this time either. WHAT A SCAM!!! WHAT A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The bags were sealed so why blame UBER if clearly the order wasn't picked correctly!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Thanks for pocketing my money !!!

Went on Tuesday at 11am. Gentlemen at the till very helpful and kind. Very quick service. Forgot to ask for a ketchup, thought it will be in the bag. I should have checked.

Shocking service yet again. This time I ordered 3 meals with 2 cokes and a sprite and received a fanta and a hot chocolate. My kids were not happy. The chips are lukewarm at best (as usual) with the dips squashed on top and lettuce leaking out of the box. What a waste of £27! Avoid!

Popped in on the way home from edgware, the place was nice & clean. Helpful patient & friendly staff. We were offered table service which was helpful, didn't have to wait too long.Parking: Allocated parking for the disabled, near the entrance & exit.

We called in recently (not my choice) while visiting the area from the north, pretty much as expected, service was unfriendly and sub par (like most McDonald's) Food wasn't anything special most of it looked like it was thrown together from a distance, wrapped up and stuffed into a bag by a toddler. The chips again as per usual at most McDonald's establishments were under cooked floppy and luke warm. The food was prepared quite fast though so that's a bonus.
