Every Six months all the engineer meet to celebrate Christmas get together, dinner at Melissa my goodness the service is very very poor every time we had to ring the shop to get someone to come to our table to order drinks and clear our plates and even had to call the shop to get our bills. The staff they didn’t even check back if everything is alright. All I want to say is the food quality is shockingly and worst service provided especially on Friday night poor 15/12/2023 . I’ve told all our family & Friends that never go to this place to eat the worst service and the staff were not helpful. We paid the £200 for the things we did not enjoyed i hope the owner will take note and get proper staff to look after the customer

My very first visit with my friend (who has been telling about this restaurant for ages) last night. WOW!! I was absolutely blown away by the really high quality meats , taste and portion sizes … Seriously it was amazing! The level of service was incredible too.. The fabulous waitress Anna really looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her lovely smiling face and positive energy made the dining experience complete. Then we met the owner who was utterly charming , humble and a genuinely nice guy. We also met the head chef and all his team who were so happy that we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I will DEFINITELY be going again and ABSOLUTELY recommend that if you’ve never tried this restaurant.. it’s a must go to dinner..

Food is great, always. Service could be significantly improved. Maybe it was just the person serving us, but she couldn't follow the order properly, brought water instead of a soft drink and then charged for that glass of water with the price of a soft drink and wouldn't budge when we spotted it on the bill, eventually refunded by another staff member.

A delightful lunch. The wraps we ordered were gigantic, filled with delicious falafel/chicken shish. The taste was exceptional, thanks in part to the tasty sauces that added a burst of flavor to each bite.Service was impressively fast, and while waiting for our order, we enjoyed some freshly baked bread that was a pleasant and thoughtful touch.Melissa certainly knows how to make a meal memorable with their generous portions, flavorful ingredients, and efficient service. We'll be back for sure!" ??‍?‍?‍??️?

We came here once again, because the food was so good last time, and we weren't disappointed this time. We tried the lunch menu this time and it filled us up very well.Food was as amazing as we expected. Will definitely be back when we are back in London.

A warm welcome can be had at this Turkish restaurant. The decor provides a great atmosphere which you would not realise if walking past. Excellent attentive service. The food is fresh and superbly cooked. Parking is on the street.

Always exceptional service and high quality meat and dishes whenever I visit here. The flavours are unique and the place is always busy. Sometimes there are ques and waiting times but that is normal due to the popularity of this restaurant. Its well worth the wait and visit. The wings, chicken shish and chips are always a must for me and the sauces are all homemade and delicious. Definitely recommend to others worth visiting

First time here tonight and was such a delight. The food (halal!!) was totally worth it - the portion is so so big per person, and the free Turkish tea was just the cherry on top. We were served by Mandeline (apologies if spelt incorrectly) and she was so very kind, all the other staff were so polite too. Best night out with family. Even the interior was beautiful and felt like home away from home. Highly highly recommend this place!!

I booked th restaurant on the basis of reviews and the fact that it was next to canons park tube. Which was only 8 minutes away from Wembley on the tube and on the way back to our hotel in Edgware! Wow, despite my team losing and 11 of us being devastated eating here provided our first comfort blanket ! Very warm welcome. Straight to table but no rush to order. Drinks ordered £5 a big bottle of Efes was a real retreat. Then the food. No starters due to the massive and lovely complimentary hot pitta and dips! The grilled mezze for 2 was a sight to behold. 3 varieties of lamb and 2 varieties of chicken....a carnivore delight! Which was accompanied by piles of hot chips and mega bowls of varied salad. Service was brilliant all the way through. If you are a hungry footy going to Wembley then this is the place for you!!! If I lived more locally I would be a regular! Fantastic night and almost lifted our post match gloom...

Found this restaurant by accident but so glad we did. Food was absolutely delicious in fact the nicest I’ve eaten in a while. Had the yogurtlu sarma lamb beyti which was out of this world. Pistachio desert was yummy too. Even bought a portion of their homemade chilli sauce to take home. Portion sizes are immense we could have shared had we’d known. Wish we lived closer to revisit. Staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Walked in for a mixed shish takeaway. The Lamb shish tender, no ligaments, and lean. The Chicken shish tender and well cooked. Salad fresh. Pita bread and 2 sauces included. Service was quick and friendly. All meats spiced to perfection. Large portion. Cost was worth the quality and quantity. Shop right next to Cannons underground. Large charcoal kitchen. Recommended.
