Good Hotel in Edgware on the main road leading straight to Edgware Road and Marble Arch. Good bus links just outside. Only a few mins walk to Edgware Tube station on the Northern line. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Reasonable continental breakfast options. Service was a bit hit and miss. But overall, it was satisfactory.

If I could, I would give -5 stars for the level of customer service. Where do I start??We arrived at the reception to find it empty. Different members of staff were roaming in the bar area, but nobody cared to come to check us in, despite acknowledging our presence. After a while, a guy came and checked us in. The room did not have a toilet brush and someone's hair was in the bathtub (we noticed this late in the evening, as we were in a rush to meet someone). BEWARE of the car park. Try to leave within the first 20 minutes if you must, as it is a ripoff. We paid approx. £6 for 30 minutes, and what's worse, the reception staff told us not to worry, on our return, we will CONTINUE to be charged overnight but we will not pay more than £12 per 24 hours. The next day, we had to pay another £12, and when we asked to speak to a manager (the reception staff just raised their shoulders indifferently), a guy with the WORST attitude and customer service introduced himself as manager and literally "barked" at us that this is how the car park works, completely ignoring his staff's lack of knowledge about the car park rule, while ASSURING customers that £12 is the maximum they will pay for 24 hours. We left disgusted by his attitude and lack of manners and we will never return to Premier Inn Edgware.Rooms: Noisy, you can even hear the steps of someone walking into the room above.

On arrival l noted that there were notes on the desk about no air conditioning, the room was hot. The defuser on the tap sprayed sideways. Service was polite and rooms were clean.

Good hotel and reasonable price. Size is good. I would suggest putting facial tissue within the room. Special Thanks to (Jackie ) you are so caring and lovely person with kind soul.

Fairly modern Premier Inn with rooms in the main building and a new modern building that I didn't stay in. It's a huge hotel and the car park was permanently full all day long despite being quite big. Rooms are ok, a bit tatty, I had one of the Samsung TV's in the main building which was good.Breakfast was help yourself and was good despite the staff trying to clear your place whether you're finished or not and yet they can't keep up with keeping the food and crockery stocked up. Dinner is Table Table menu and is ok.

The lady in reception in the night simply turned her back on us and was rude to open the door for our access we were coming back from my birthday and she almost spoiled our mood , we had no one to tell about our car outside weeks later we received a fine.

This was your typical Premier Inn. Good value for what you get if booked in advance. Located between 10 and 20 minutes walk to 2 different tube lines (depending on where you need to get to). Good selection of takeaway food in local area and Sainsbury and Lidl for shopping if required. Hotel food as expected with good value breakfast options. Highly recommended if on a budget. Certain rooms had noisy neighbours above and to the side and walls made of paper, so if you are easily awaken, you may need ear plugs. Overall it is a pleasant property and an ideal base for your visit to the capital or surrounding area whether its for business or leisure.

Nice clean big room. Beyond that nothing to be happy about. Staff could not be less interested if they tried. Waiting staff lacking leadership. Reception staff about a helpful as an ash tray on a roller coaster. Car park is constantly suffering from break ins..... be aware.

THE ONLY REASON I HAVE GIVEN THE SERVICE 2* is because of the CHEF Mr Emmanuel he is absolutely amazing, he was very caring and went above and beyond for me and my daughter. And the other lady at breakfast she was really lovely. THE rest of them WERE HORRIBLE. At some point my daughter was not well and I requested to bring breakfast to her only for the person at breakfast to tell me I have to sit and eat then take food to her like what ??? Even though I noticed there were other people taking breakfast away. The only difference that was between me and the people that were allowed to take their breakfast to their rooms was the colour of my skin. Also my daughter had food poisoning after having breakfast here.

The room was big but unfortunately our room was one floor above entrance where many people smoked. Gotten an ironing board with no cover but to use bath towel.. However the food at the restaurant downstairs is well cooked / flavourful and delicious.

The rooms are quite good but not as good as the other premier Inns l have stayed at. The surroundings look a bit uncleaned and it looks more like people's home than a hotel.
