PLEASE give this amazing coffee shop a chance the staff are doing the best they can and I have been going in here daily and had ZERO issues at all with any of the staff or my drink!.I come in daily for my peach green tea lemonade given I sadly cannot drink coffee anymore and the staff are always so sweet, friendly, welcoming, kind and so lovely!.Please note they do work VERY hard, when it's busy they are under a lot of stress especially if they don't have enough staff members (blame starbucks head office who don't care about their customers nor their members of staff and getting hold of customer service is IMPOSSIBLE!) and they are doing the best they can during this time so please be patient and kind to them all because they are all really lovely!.Thank you all so much for the countless peach green tea lemonades (I am honestly going to have to start counting how many I have a year haha) and my mum's coffees that are always made perfectly too.I appreciate what you guys all do and have so much respect for how hard you work and even under stress how you never let it effect your wonderful customer service!Jessica x

Friendly staff but quite disappointed by the very slow service, i. e. compared to other Starbucks establishments. Usually you'll have three people, one taking orders, one making drinks, and one doing food or getting supplies. But that organisation was nowhere to be seen, leading to slow service. I noticed how one employee was emptying the rubbish bin but didn't bother taking all the empty cups and waste in front of her on the collection table. Won't be coming here again, unless I have plenty of time to kill.

I live in this Starbucks. Staff are always a vibe professional helpful on drink chooses, Charmaine and narmen (sorry if I spelled names wrong) they are so beautiful inside and out, always welcoming and nice. The food and drinks are always a bonus. All this while it being the top of the morning these ladies had a bright and beautiful smile at 6:30 am. Can’t top that.

Perfect place to wait or grab something on-the-go or you can dine-in if you just want some patries and coffee. In our case, we dine-in here before going to our main agenda in station rd.

This Starbucks located in Edgware is a pretty big Starbucks with lots of seating. It's also next to the tube station and the broadwalk shopping centre. However, this Starbucks has pretty slow service here. Also the prices here are more expensive than other Starbucks stores I've been to (pumpkin spice latte grande size for 4.99) whilst I've been to other Starbucks stores where a pumpkin spice latte venti size was about 4.70.I probably might not be going back.

Sad to say I had a terrible experience here. I ordered a tea with milk and a white hot chocolate. My partner waited for the drinks while I used the facilities only to find there was no toilet paper. I rejoined my partner who had his drink and waited for mine, seeing other customers, who had been behind us in the queue, get their drinks.Eventually the staff remembered I had ordered a tea and it was with horror that I watched the lady fill the cup up with hot water, plop the tea bag in, add some milk and then give this terrible concoction to me - the water was still pretty clear. I swirled the tea bag around a few times to infuse the tea and it was then I noticed the milk must be off as there were what looked like little white worms floating in the whole of the drink. (NOTE: they were not worms, the milk had curdled).I asked for another to be made as the milk was off, the lady tipped the mixture away, washed my cup out and then added the water again(!) REUSED the tea bag and gave me a little espresso cup of milk from the machine, although it looked like chocolate milk. I decided not to chance the milk and opted for black tea.Starbucks, please train your staff how to make a cup of tea, it's not hard - tea bag first, add water so the tea infuses, then a dash of milk (preferably not off). If you have to remake it for whatever reason, DO NOT REUSE THE TEA BAG.I've learnt my lesson and will simply not order a tea from Starbucks again.

You can judge the hygiene of a food establishment by the cleanliness of the toilets. I was shocked by Starbucks Edgware. Surely this is not the standard that Starbucks would expect. Toilet seat sprinkled with liquid and no toilet paper. Truly awful.

Staff not really want to make good taste drink for customers. They just do the way to be quick and then the drink was not tasty as the other places I tried

The staff are really helpful. Plus the atmosphere is really good. I recommend the fraps because they are delicious. It's fun to say your name is Costa when they ask for your name

Whoever is doing drinks today doesn’t know how to do a salted caramel cold brew. Really disappointed - 1st drink ordered via deliveroo had no caramel in the foam. Re- ordered another to be delivered and again no caramel in the foam - without any sweetness the foam tea tasted a little salty and the drink is not good. Tried to call the store but no answer. Hence my online review.
