It is the worst subway I have visited twice, Monday 30 Jan 2023 at 11 am, the guy that did the beef steak with Italian bread, puts very little beef and the edges of the sandwich are empty, and when I complained, he took a little in the middle and put it on the 2 edges and in the middle I was left with little beef, finally I ate a sandwich of olives and lettuce, very very unprofessional, very stingy, he doesn't smile, with a bad face, he doesn't know how to treat a client, never I will be back ..

The Subway on Station Road in Edgware is my local one and I cannot say I have ever experienced great service here, however, my experience today took the biscuit. I just left and I must say my experience was a most appalling one. After an unnecessarily long wait of 15mins to be served(in a queue of 4 I might add), it was my turn to be served. There was no apology rendered for the obvious wait and after I had placed my order and was ready to pay, I was told the branch does not redeem points as I wished to redeem my points. Subway has nowhere indicated on their terms and conditions that there were only certain stores in which accumulated points could be redeemed? Can someone please kindly advise?

This particular subway shop has a very friendly person serving. He actually greets customers, chats with them, smiles at them and most importantly DOES NOT hold back when adding fillings and veggies to your sub. Recommended ??

Food is good but one of your staff in particular need allot more training . It was a lady , I think middle eastern, either she doesn't speak English or needs more sleep or something. she doesn't understand what your saying , puts the wrong things in and you have to repeat yourself multiple times to get the correct thing, also the way she makes the subs is very messy. always been happy but ive been a few times recently and unfortunately she lets the service down

With covid around us it's nice to go to places you normally go and just order something like a vegan meatless meatball sandwich. Place cheered me up nice to have things go back to normal and subway is part of that life.

Cashier didn't give me receipt to put un subway card and was multitasking despite an empty shop, by taking mine and another customers payment.
Not a Halah branch but the bread was fresh and that is the most important part :)

Sandwiches made to order but not sure how fresh some of the fillings are. Good customer service. Sitting area available to eat in. Rest room facility not usable, locked to customer bcos there is no toiletries available - That’s poor!! Can pay by various options including contactless
