This is a great place to go to. The only thing is that they don't have trays to put your food and drink on to take to your table after you have ordered. It would be very helpful to bring back the trays, which would make life a lot easier for customers. Other places such as Burger King and McDonald's provide trays, so I feel that Subway should as well. Thank you.

I never write bad reviews, I've been in the hospitality industry for years I know how it goes. But this really got me. There was an Indian lady who was the rudest service employee I've ever came across. She was condensensing and rolled eyes whenever I asked a question. She even looked over at her colleague mockingly smirking when I asked for something that would cost extra. Terrible service.

Beware of adding cheese to a regular Subway sandwich they charge extra and if you're on a budget it stings
The vendors here are always efficient and polite and the food quality is good. The space to eat and the decor/ambience is not great however.

Subs are okay. Sometimes forgets some items like the sauce. Worst is if you get it for delivery. They put the hot sub with the cold drink so the sub ends up cold. Very annoying.

I have been in several times over the past few years and on every occasion they refused to scan my accumulated subcard points. They then lie and claim “the scanner is broken” or”WiFi isn’t working”.Also,they refuse to honour promotions which they participate in.

Wow, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Never coming back here again. I ordered a meal deal and received the wrong crisps, the cheese, spinach and pickles were missing from my sandwich. I called the restaurant and the person who answered did not listen and spoke over me. I became very frustrated as I had to explain the issues several times. He explained that they had run out of the crisps I wanted and pickles and that he put cheese in there but at no point did hey call me to check whether I'd still want it. Incidentally, i wouldn't. The sandwich itself was a mess as the bread had been poorly cut leaving a hole in the top of the sandwich and a very thin slither of soggy bread. There was hardly any lettuce or tuna mayo either. I asked to be sent a replacement and the guy said that I could get a refund from just eat and that he was closing and then hung up. Highly unprofessional. You'd think I had done something wrong. Never again.
