Visited on the off chance one afternoon and I am extremely happy with the service from Michael, who has great knowledge re: northern soul music and absolutely amazing customer service. Great prices for the area, will definitely be back! 5*****

Thought to be nice and pay for a couple of tequila shots for the bartender, a young, very loud blonde girl (Kelsie i believe her name was, or something along those lines). She was very nice to me up until after she had those drinks, when I mentioned that I previously applied for a job there, she got angry and irate, swearing at me and yelling "I dont need you fancy ***** coming and stealing my job." I didn't escalate, I was like "whatever", finished my drink and left. Knowing this is a family business and being a local for 14 years, i know it ain't doing well, but "customer service" like this will drown it further. It's okay, there are other pubs around I can offer my custom to. I'll also tell all my friends to stay away.

My experience was of some big bellied lout knocking my drink over and not replacing my drink. Rudeness of the highest order. Then I complained and got asked to leave. They sided with there regular even though he was in the wrong. Imagine if that was your son. It could of gone badly wrong. Thanks Michael. Bad management. Thanks
