Teach your staff customer service skills which include unconcious bias. I should not be left to wait with my food and payment card in my hand while a woman walks straight to the front and has a convo with the lad serving. He himself was to advise her there was a queue and serve me in the first instance. I shouldn't have to ask what is happening for me who waited to be served
The worst wenzels...i complained about how stale the baguettes were..and they were very rude about it and refused to make a fresh one...most wenzels are decent

Went to buy lunch for a vulnerable adult and myself. Nuria's customer service was terrible. I requested for the receipt for both purchases twice and she clearly ignored me. She let us pack and take the receipt from the machine, which was very unprofessional. She went and severed another customer who was behind me. It's sad how she treated vulnerable adult and women of colour. Very disappointing.
