There is a lady that works there and I believe her name is alexandra and she is always so friendly, smiley, and welcoming it genuinely makes mine and my mums day haha. She has such good energy, actually listens, and always gets the order right. Even when it’s busy she stays calm and kind and never rushes you. Costa is so lucky to have someone like her, she really makes the whole experience better.
