WORST branch to ever exist. It is rundown and I used to work there to be surprising fired because I’m BLACK\\nThis place is unhygienic and the worst place to visit and has to be shut down immediately, I hope health and safety department visit this place because this does not deserve it’s stars rating and they don’t care about their customers and it’s a whole mess. Never again

Sure they are under staffed(it happens), the card machine now works. However the staff is lovely. Been coming here for years and never had any altercations with any of them.\\n\\nThese 1 star reviews are impatient people who can’t wait 5-10 min during morning rush hour. I little bit of understanding goes a long way. ?

This must be the worst Costa in London! 0% customer service or care the staff literally don't know what they are doing, don't expect to be served with any urgency or care you be waiting for long time to be greeted with someone that probably will get your order wrong or take another 10 mins to make 1 drink and ask for money without telling you the total! (The latter 2 I personally experienced) Fix up or close this branch down - what a joke!!

Unfortunately, the service in this Costa is the worst I have experienced (in any coffee shop) but it definitely isn’t the usual Costa standard.\\n\\nOn my most recent visit (September 2022) they were out of nearly every drink (iced teas, coolers, 3/4 of the menu).\\n\\nI have been here on several occasions and the service gets worse with every visit. The queue often passes the door and the staff do not care. The rest rooms have been “out of service” for a long time too.\\n\\nIt is understaffed and the more “experienced” barista is extremely rude.\\n\\nEven ordering ahead of time for click \\u0026 collect is pointless as they don’t even make it because they claim they are too busy.\\n\\nCosta need to look at finding new management for this branch immediately if they don’t want it completely run down.\\n\\nService - 1/5\\nFood - 4/5\\nAmbience - 1/5\\nCost - 4/5

I visit this Costa branch somewhat regularly. Sadly, the staff often seem under pressure and under staffed, leading to mistakes. They’ve never been rude to me though. In my experience, there can be long waits. Sometimes equipment isn’t working, such as the dishwasher. Costa food and drinks, although expensive, are very tasty.

Slow service, understaffed, messy tables and a stressful experience.\\nI visited same Costa coffee today as thought I was harsh on my previous visit however after additional visit I've taken away a star as experience was far worse. The major complaint being that I attempted to use the disabled toilet and my noise was assaulted with the strong smell of urine,toilet papers were all over the floor and visable dirt was on all surfaces,when I reported this to whom I assume was the manager, he mearly shrugged his shoulders and continued his conversation with another member of staff. Shocking behaviour and appalling, beyond poor service and facilities. Will be reporting directly to Costa Coffee head quarters.

On eof the worst Costa branches.\\nThey continue to amaze me how careless staff are.\\nThey prepare their drinks carelessly always.\\nToday on my visit staff is laughing continuously on customes orders which annoyed alot of customers.\\nHalf filled cups always no matter who is the person preparing the drink.\\nAlways new staff members who don't have a clue on how treat people.

They didn't stay open to the time they were meant to stay open till so i wasted a journey, they said they were closing in 5 mins despite it being 6.40 and it actually meant to close at 7.30

Awful experience here. I’m a regular and came for a quick lunch with my grandmother after taking her to the hospital (this was visible as she had both her arms in casts). I ordered a vegan biscoff cake, and due to the pyrex between the till and myself (a COVID measure, I assume), the cashier, who was actually very lovely, misunderstood my order and I received a biscoff rocky road. I informed the runner (her name is Aleksandra) of this without even touching the rocky road, and asked if she could change it. She proceeded to slam it towards me and refuse. I said that I am vegan and could not eat that, and she asked me to point out what I wanted, so I did, and she refused again to give it to me, started shrieking at the cashier not to give it to me either, and slammed more food items down. Why she would ask me what I wanted not to give it to me I’m not sure- it was unnecessary, time consuming on both our parts, and cruel.Upon leaving, my grandmother (clearly elderly and unwell) confronted her about this to due to the fact that I have anxiety and the shouting had triggered my symptoms: I started shaking and shallow breathing, which lasts a few hours for me when I am set off and makes menial tasks very difficult to carry out. She received the same shouting response from nasty Aleksandra. She told my grandmother that I had ‘changed my mind’ and that that was my fault… I had not. It was a misunderstanding as there are two biscoff items on the menu, and I had been very polite about it (again, I have an anxiety disorder and really could not have confronted her loudly or disrespectfully if I tried). How she would disrespect a visibly disabled and older customer is beyond me. This woman clearly should not be working in customer service. Treating any customer like this is inhumane, and staff should be able to be accommodating and welcome to customers with both visible and invisible disabilities, like myself and my grandmother.You have lost my custom unless this can be resolved, in fact, I fear re-entering in case I am triggered once more and have to spend the rest of the day shaking. Please sanction Aleksandra!

First time and last in this coffee shop just because we are staying in this area and there’s was no other place to grab a coffee. I’m an American and I was expecting good customer service but no! None of my credit or debit cards were accepted, no American dollars nothing and On top of it The cashier went off on me because the coffee was made and I was making a Instagram video of the coffee and she said no recording allowed!!!! Erased now! Are you kidding me????? We are in 2022! Horrible customer service … we got up and left! Without any coffee… very unprofessional place!
