doing a pick up of a delivery here. seems like an underfunded store. seen a homeless person steal a baguette and run out the manager ran after the person leaving the shop with no employees. she chased them but couldn't retrieve the baguette back. she seems like a good person but hopeless as the shop needs

Weirdest Greggs shop in history. Possibly the worst ones alongside Peckham and Camberwell. We need the elephant and castle greggs back open because these workers and the customers are complete and total weirdos.

made this a simple stop for coffee and pastries. it's nothing special but the employees were friendly! be prepared for a crowded space if there is a line, it's a smallish room

I ordered from Greg's and didn't get what I ordered my order of 5 sausage rolls 1steak bake 2 roast chicken and bacon club baguette turned into a cheese bake 2 pizza slicers and chicken bites thereceipt is what I ordered can thay not read ?

Excellent, I go there to buy mum rolls. The stuff are fresh and customer polite.
Rude staff, slow service, not on click and collect and I’m still shocked that a member of staff pointed at me and did a “come here” gesture as if I was a child. Please greggs just give the people at the walworth greggs a crumb of customer service training or at least stop hiring sociopaths.

The lady with a Caribbean accent is rude. Has no manners and told me I’m fussy and sighed because I asked for a lighter-coloured pastry !! I agree I am but it’s not something that should be said and I’m allowed to ask as I’m paying for it!Another customer was asking me a question and she tapped the counter telling me to hurry up but it was okay for me to wait for her to finish speaking with a customer about her holiday before I was served. Poor customer service!!!!!!
