Normally a hit and miss at this restaurant, but the food was actually really tasty, including the fries... was the best I had in a long time.

Tried with Uber eat and driver never delivered. Cannot reach anyone to complain. Avoid buying with Uber from them. Waste of money and time when your food gets stolen by Uber driverAlso avoid ordering with Uber eats from this place. No customer support, no response and money taken. Very fraudulent

Placed order for 2 meals, one boxed meal missing which was a Zinger Burger meal £10.49 contacted KFC to complain via links in app, not easy but eventually apologised and gave me a £8 voucher to use in selected stores! No refund, explain not good enough as meal missing and cost more than voucher. Told the voucher is a goodwill gesture, so said ok thanks but I want a refund ......sorry cannot refund and only give the voucher! Warning to others and what food cold arrived was cold! Bye Bye KFC very poor customer service

I wish there was a minus rating for the service. One of the employee was soo rude, wont mention her name cause I understand how hard it is to find a job. She was extremely rude and was not at all helpful. I don't think this kind of attitude works in hospitality.

I went to last night around 2am i Got the deal of wings and burgers I couldn’t eat both of them as they taste bitter and chicken was very hard and burger buns were very even the drink was tasteless … you can see my photo which i upload
I bring my family to eat around 10pm we made our order took over 20 minutes for it to arrive then the woman who took my order she done mistake she gave us spicy wraps the kids couldn’t eat it they start crying I went to orderTwo new wraps not spicy I paid double and the woman who served me she’s the one who served me again I told her about the wraps she didn’t care and she over charged me and her name was Mariam very round

Their chicken is NOT HALAL, halal chicken shouldn’t have veins full of blood their chicken wings their chicken thighs have veins full of blood, for the chicken to be halal and pure all the blood should be drained the Islamic way is to cut the main jugular vein of the animal, which holds the venous blood in high pressure.70% of the time when you order from them some thing is missing from your order and you have to check every time you buy from them. I’m not the only one I in store I see people also complain about previous orders that had food missing.After covid their chicken haven’t been the same, doesn’t taste as good as before Covid.
