The guy from Hungary made the worst service I have ever seen. I used to visit here often . But the last time I ordered food and got disappointed . The guy did not make the sandwich how I want but how he wanted. I asked for refund but he ignored in very rude way. The interesting thing is I went to KFC and looked through the window another customer who walked in after me was arguing with that guy. He left the shop without food . He is reason why I will not go there next time

Visited the Walworth Subway recently and tried their toasted herbs and cheese bread - it's good! The staff suggested chicken and pepperoni, a tasty choice. Added all the veggies, and they gave a good amount. The mix with cheese and garlic sauce was delicious. Also had the new toffee cookie; it's got a distinct flavor. Definitely going back for more. Wish all Subway outlets and their staff were this great.

Always loved the Italian toast ! Had to get another was so refreshing !Only problem they didn’t have a toilet for customers . I had to use the one from KFC across the road .

As subways go, this one is good. Friendly service, and normally quite fast. Very conveniently located, so I go here often. I do like the new menu. Only had one sub from it (the baller), but really enjoyed it, so will be working my way through. No toilets, but clean and tidy inside.

Standard subway fare, but there was only one staff member in and the queue got quite long. (Visited weekday lunchtime).
I love to eat here or take it away. I can see the fresh ingredients and how the staff made my food with care. Pinkie, the manager, is always in a good attitude. All the staff is nice. The staff know their locals and made them feel "at home". Even when they are in a busy busy rush hour working, they have a good customer service. Well done for Pinkie and her team.

I called them today to ask about how on uber eats everything is available seperately but if I wanted a meal then the patty i wanted wasn't an option. The first time I called, they said that its all available on uber eats meals and when i said it isn't, they just hung up on me. I called back a few hours later, i recognised that it's the same voice from earlier on and they hung up on me before I could even ask mt question. I'm appalled!!

Dear Subway management. The employee on the 23/09/22 working the shift at 8:15 pm just hung up on me after answering me one question regarding sauces. I had a second question, but he seems not to care, he didn’t even pick up when I tried calling back! Please reprimand this employee on customer service, or fix your phone lines if the issue is technical. Thank you.
