Another flawless experience, loved every bit, the waitress, Jacquie, was absolutely amazing, so patient, funny and accommodating. We had a lovely burger, steak and apple pie with creamy ice cream which were all lush. Theresa welcomed us, checked us in and made us feel more than welcome,#harvester for life!

Nobody on the front to seat us when we came through the door, went looking for someone only to be greeted by a very rude lady who insisted we couldn’t sit when we originally sat but yet put another couple there straight after us. Wasn’t given any lunch menus only main menus. To top it off didn’t get spoken to until the end of our meal asking if everything was ok!!! No it was shocking. The reason for the 3 stars is because all the food came out on time and was rather pleasant just a shame the staff are moody and extremely rude

Breakfast with Santa this morning! From the moment of walking in we was greeted by a lovely friendly lady called Teresa. We was given our menus and we was not rushed at all. Father Christmas took time to talk to the kids and interact with them, his Elf helper was so sweet as well. We felt the Christmas spirit! Food was amazing and our waitress Victoria was so helpful. Our little one has allergies, however Victoria helped us and we was all able to enjoy a big breakfast. Have a fab Christmas to all the staff ?Dietary restrictions: The staff are very good and always happy to help with dietary and allergy needs.
Avoid for Christmas. Way overpriced for the level of food, service etc.Not the fault of the staff at all, they were all a standard expected level of nice, however the table took 30 minutes to even get to, sure it’s Christmas and busy. Then, found out a table of 8 has been put on 2 separate tables, again, sure not ideal but maybe the food can make it up.The food was awful for about 50% of the group, 3/4 steaks were raw on one side, medium/well done on the other (somehow??), some people enjoyed but most found it an absolute waste of money unfortunately. Salmon was mainly dark meat, making it look rotten. Already feeling ill from the meal!End of the day, beats cooking at home but for £50? You can definitely find better elsewhere.

Absolutely brilliant! I went with two of my daughters, one with partner, and my little grandchildren for the Breakfast with Santa. It was so lovely! The staff were so good and went out of their way to seat us all together as a family even though we had booked in two groups, they were friendly and attentive at all times. The staff involved in the Santa visit were brilliant making it all great fun for the children. The food was delicious, plentiful and well presented and the food & drink service was excellent. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience and at a very good price - we would highly recommend it! Huge thanks to all the staff involved.
