Terrible food. The takeaway was COLD. The chips weren’t tasty at all. They were the remnants not freshly cooked at all. You only got 1 star as ICouldn’t leave zero stars. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Went in on Sunday 6th August 2023, whilst the food was good all the tables were dirty. I went and asked a member of staff if they could clean 1 table for my family and me to sit down and eat. She has a right attitude, she came to remove a tray that was left on a random table and I had to ask again for the table I wanted to be wiped. She went to grab a bucket of water and bleach and wiped the table leaving it soaking wet….. so again I went to the front to ask for some tissues so I could wipe the table myself.We sat down to eat and at a nearby table was some of the delivery drivers, they were being loud and disturbing. They were not even waiting on orders just sitting down and chatting making a lot of noise. I am really disappointed by the new team working at the Eltham branch, they are not customer friendly and did nothing to help at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat in, it’ll ruin your appetite!!!!!!

Strange place copying McD ordering online. System asks for a number leading you to approach staff who say ignore it ! you don't have to input requested number.Hope some bright spark eventually puts a note at the System to say ignore request.Vibe in there is nonexistent.

Do not order for delivery from here.Lots of food missing, staff unwilling to solve the issue and need some training on the phones.They chose to question the validity of the missing item claims, rather obnoxiously, rather than fix their own error.

I have visited this branch 6-8 times and all the time the food was excellent and not greasy at all. Staffs are good aswell.

awful service watched me order something then after i payed decided to tell me they didn’t have it so asked for refund which they said they couldn’t do then got a manager over after clearly not wanting to do it, didn’t even get refunded got robbed of my money and the staff were awful laughing and talking about us
