The family and I went for brunch, although my partner is a regular in there, at least twice a week.We all had a very tasy meal. Served with a friendly face and smile.The hot chocolate was amazing.It is very clean.Highly recommended.

My self and my 4yo son had a really bad experience at Bullsmoore Café. We asked for a cheeseburger which was alright and a cup of very warm Oat Milk for my son - Kid's temperature!!We got served by a young man (not the owner).1st time he made the drink with Cow Milk, to which my son is very allergic to; likely I tasted it and asked if that was cow milk.2nd time the milk was Hot! No where near very warm for toddler, so I asked the guy to remove some and add some cold oat milk - he added cold Cow milk!!When I told him he started getting angry and extremely rude to me and my son, telling my I'm asking for the same thing 5 times and arguing with me.Then the boss came and asked me what I wanted anf and asked an older man than the first one to make it - all I asked for is very warm Oat milk kids temperature which the other worker was able to make the 1st time perfectly!!The rude younger worker then came out again telling me I don't know what I want and that I must to have mental health problems.Despite apologising for asking to re make the drinks and asking nicely the young man just decided to be extremely rude to me and in from of my toddler. In addition at first he said I don't need to pay for the warm milk for my child, but as he was angry he asked me to pay £2.50 for it, which I did.Extremely rude and petty behavior.At least his boss told him off when I informed him about what happened.I will never visit this cafe again!!

Good food every time I eat here the staff are nice and friendly clean and tidy even the tables outside are spotlessVegetarian options: The chefs will accommodate your request I often have the vegetarian options available and just as good quality and serviceKid-friendliness: They have high chairs for babies and kids eat as well so yes they are welcomeParking: You can normally park outside on the slip road for shopsWheelchair accessibility: Wide double door way and staff and customers are happy to assist
