Always visit this Costa as its close to my home. I visit in the morning with a nice hello Terry from the staff and a few minutes later my coffee is ready. A lady called Anita makes the best drink in the world. 5*

Coffee is always good.but food prices is way too high. Buy a sandwich in tesco and take it in, that way you enjoy your coffee and have a lot cheaper sandwich

Used to have good service, but……since they’ve been accepting Uber orders / just eat etc… the service has rapidly declined. A few weeks ago I was waiting to be served at the till and was ignored for over 5 minutes because the two staff were too busy trying to deal with the influx of online orders. For some reason the online orders take preference over an actual human standing in front of them?! It would have been nice if one them at least acknowledged me.\\nI thought this was a one - off, but the second time I went in, there was only one member of staff - I was second in line and waited 15 minutes because the poor guy had to serve and then make the drinks on his own. Haven’t been back since.\\n\\nTo be fair to the staff, it’s really not their fault and they are always very friendly. You can see that these online orders have really impacted their ability to provide good service to face to face customers - there should be at least three of them, one just dealing with the online orders to take the pressure off the others.

Husband only ordered two drinks from this location on deliveroo, one of which was a coffee for myself as i have been ill. on delivery, only his drink was in the bag and my coffee was missing. He can get his money back but to reorder my coffee would cost him #4.50. Unacceptable. Not the first btime this location has messed up our order,

Excellent little coffee shop in the heart of East Barnet Village. The staff is amazing! So helpful, so caring, so genuine! A big commendation for the Manager of the shop, Mrs. Jardeli Bortolini for always being on top of things, for always going the extra millage for making customers feel welcomed.
