The portion size was a tea spoon instead of the regular scoop of ice cream. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering again after being a loyal customer for two years. It is ridiculous to see the portion size reduced and cost high. I am very disappointed.

I’m certain 9/10 of the staff that work here have the listening skills of a 1 year old or simply do not understand basic English. At the checkout on 3 different occasions on coming into this store I have asked for my doughnuts to be warmed. EVERY time I have ended up having 1 degrees celcius doughnuts. PLEASE LISTEN to what the customer is requesting, at the end of the day your job is VERY simple, you work in a dessert parlour and it does not involve rocket science!

Poor customer service. We’ve been here a few times as well as other branches, and the food is fine and normally done to a good standard, but unfortunately we had really bad customer service today (Saturday night). The woman serving us (the girl wearing the blue hijab & glasses) was super rude. No greeting, no thank you. My boyfriends order came super quickly. They didn’t even start making mine until 15m later when he went to the desk to ask where my food was. No apology from her either of course. I don’t expect things to come at the exact same time but why bother serving half a table when you know the other half won’t be ready for a long time. When my food finally came it was drowning in chocolate sauce and not great. If you lack basic customer service skills you probably shouldn’t be working in a front of house position…
It was very tasty and was very nice to eat but is very sugary as it is a desert shop but it costs a lot that what lowers my rate

Very impressive for a takeaway order, normally by the time you get home you would expect the waffle is super soggy and nasty but this was good as new! It was still warm and fresh. Glad to know the takeaway service is just as good as eating in.Love the desserts here, their waffles are lovely, light and not too sweet. It’s my go-to anytime I fancy a sweet treat! Some of the staff can me very rude and dismissive which is why they lost a star for me. Really hope the customer service improves.

Gave me a wrong order and food was damaged!! When I called they tried to blame it on the driver when it’s them preparing and packing the food!! Wrong order damaged food !!

I ordered the waffle which looked delicious but when I came to the table the waffle was already cold and cream also melted quite abit. Still I caused no fuss. Later I went to order a glass of water and the girls kindly said they'd bring to the table but 15 minutes later the was still no service at the table. What's interesting was that there was only about 2 customers and 2 stuff. With 2:2 customers and stuff the service is just very poor. So I went up to get that glass of water and found the girls were still chatting away and forgot about that they said they'd bring it to the table. It was nice of them the own up to that they forgot but my whole experience just showed how poor their customer service was which is making me wonder whether I'd consider coming back here again.
