Expensive, and I didn't get a proper receipt the last time I went there.

I ordered chicken tikka from them, worst chicken tikka I had in my life. Not only they charge over £8 without even adding rice as a side like every other restaurant, but it did NOT even taste like chicken tikka, but like chicken & tomato paste. Also, I found a couple of chicken pieces that were not done properly, which is unsafe to eat!!!!

The takeaway that took 2.30 hours to be delivered. Called 4 times and was told the delivery was on the way every time. I asked for a refund but was told they needed the food back first. This was the first order ever made with curry hut NEVER again. The food was rubbish really don’t bother a waste of money.

Excellent authentic Indian cuisine ?? fresh flavours, piping hot food, I highly recommend The Curry Hut ?Vegetarian options: They offer a plethora of vegetarian options, cooked or adjusted to personal preference ??

My usual local Indian and had curries many times without fail. I usually go for Saag Paneer and Tarka Dal but have tried other dishes. I have lived in the area for over 20 years; have tried the rest and my preference is Curry Hut.

The sauce was ok.. unfortunately it was lacking meat .. 7.20 for mostly onions was a bit annoying.. the saag and rice were fantastic though!

Had a great meal from here last night. We've tried a few in the area that have been disappointing and had avoided Curry Hut due to some of the reviews but the food was great. The flavours were amazing and the food wasn't too oily, which makes a big difference. We'll be back!

I wanted to order lamb vindaloo, sag aloo as a main meal and mushroom rice for collection. On telephoning I was advised no lamb and only beef available so ordered beef vindaloo, sag aloo as a main meal and mushroom rice for collection.Paid, collected took home no mushroom rice, 2 huge pieces of potato in beef vindaloo and only 5 pieces of beef in beef vindaloo.Very un satisfactory.I telehoned Curry hut asked where rice was, promised a telephone call never happened.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Hit & miss. I've have had some amazing food from here but other times the food was just not right, almost like it had been reheated from something made 3 or 4 days ago, with tonnes of salt added to cover it up. If I want consistency, I since have discovered there are much much better alternatives on Chase Side.

Best take away for indian/bengali food I've had to date. Can't recommend this place enough. The portions are great, the prices are more than reasonable and they have great service. A man named Babor normally takes my orders and has great service. In particular their chicken and lamb tikka biriyani with dual (extra spicy) is what I'd recommend. Their tandoori chicken is also the best I've had. Try it and no doubt you will leave a 5* review too. Oh and they don't rip you off on drinks either!
