Worst KFC ever. May be new management however, not enough staff, tables are dirty, floors are dirty, toilets are dirty.Waiting 15 min on the que to place order while only 3 person in front of us and no staff on the till to take order.It's terrible for a KFC!!!

I ordered a zinger burger and the meat was pink. Waste of money. Why hand us the food when the food isn’t cooked. Is that not embarrassing?

The food was good, but the wait for the order to be taken was long. There were no napkins with the meal, and had to wait for the staff (again) to get some.

Bad customer service, cold area had to ask staff for heating on, servicing foods were all messy, kids foods came without a appreciate box, just loose loose burgers. Disappointed service at the Saturday night.

Enfiled KFC are a bunch of scammerssss!! Every single time I got there my order is wrong the hot wings are unbelievably trash and burnt every single timeee. The customer service is so shocking poor it’s giving poverty just shut it down at this point honestly ?

Customer service RUBBISH. Staff are impolite and antisocial.No smile, no hello, quite unwelcoming and off-putting.Barely even looked at us!For a £5 order, I have been waiting for almost 30mins, at the front of the queue!!!Food is nice but overall experience 1/5.

The seating area was covered in rubbish the toilet messy bins full up. They are so busy with the drive thru the restaurant is awful. Large chips is nothing. The chicken is still great. Go elsewhere.

Very bad service the can’t make orders, no they don't listen to customers, you wait a very long time for your order, the service team is not well-coordinated at all, it's just a waste of waiting time. I left without eating. Good luck to this place,

I order quite a lot from kfc and the last 4 times I have ordered from here it’s taken over an hour and a half to deliver my food. Food is always cold and something it’s always wrong with the order. You try and call them and no one picks up the phone it’s horrendous. I will not be ordering anytime

Horrible over salted chips, Horrible burnt chicken cooked in old oil, Horrible 'milkshake' with bits in it, and very expensive for what you get. Oh, 'atmosphere' ? Like an industrial canteen..........Did I mention it was horrible ?! Nothing like the proper KFC of say 20 years back.

We ordered and paid than we were waiting for our food and the person asked us what we are waiting for which was strange we were the only costumers we explained and after long waiting the wings were

UPDATED REVIEW. Came in after seeing it was open after being refurbed, gotta say though it was all new it was hideously messy and someone was complaining about it and thats when I noticed how awful it was. Food wise it was okay as expected from a kfc. Nice and cripsy breadcrumbs, not much to complain about it. But I just don't think I'd advise eating in from all the mess around.

Waited 1.5 hrs for a delivery. Called to complain, the person recommended that I order again via the app.... the cheekFirst tried fob me off and say it was delivered, but could provide no proof or time of the delivery. Just a joke.Refund will take ages and not 100% sure it will happen.Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Just avoid. Either go and collect your food or order elsewhere.
