Received a random miss call from the number belonging to this place. I called them back as a courtesy. A man picked up the phone, I explained why I called and he mumbled something then put the phone down.Extremely rude for which I can't imagine the customer services being any better.

The worst costumers Serivce,i made Costa machine espresso, the coffee was like water I explain to the costumers service , please check the machine maybe coffee ran out, he said to me he is not checking and he told me just to pay and go, I said to him please I don’t like it,I’m using long time this machine, it’s not like as usual, he said I will call police to report shop left if not paying, I did not come for the coffee only I am paying for petrol too but he make me paid by force he taken the money without using Coffee . I never see like this Customer Service be honest at least he have to check the machine and decide.

I broke down at this petrol station. Went to tell them that I was waiting for someone just so they were aware and they told me I had to move my car! I told them I couldn’t move without damaging my car more and they said it didn’t matter to them and that I had to move or get a ticket. Very inconsiderate and I ended up doing more damage because of that.

They are on the key fuels app but refuse to take key fuels, this is a scam because they get more profit if you pay cash than the keyfuels cards. They get the trade as if they do key fuels but get the higher profit sale after refusing to take the card. Keyfuels have confirmed they are a keyfuels site.

24 hr 7 days a week store but was closed to mop floors understandable but when I ask the night lady when it was reopen she turnt rude and refused to serve me apparently I ead pestering her. Then start threatening me saying its in my best interest to leave the forecourt immediatelyMany reviews about the same person - shell makes too much money from fuel and obviously don't care about anything else like customer service skills

The lady who does nights is in the wrong job she shouldn’t be in a job that involves her having to interact with people when she clearly hate’s people iv seen happier people at funerals wow dealing with her at 3am is an actual experience that I don’t think I will ever forget she is really that bad the other staff especially Sanjay are nice polite people David can be a bit rude but anyone who can ride a fold up bike dressed like there about to do a stage in the Tour de France can be forgiven cos if I’m feeling down at all when I get there seeing that sight will always make me laugh seriously he’s got the cycling shorts jersey even the cap what a boy
Up date.... 24/11/2021...head office needs to react to the complaints and to take it serious about Sonia working the night shift... 24 hour garage no... 2.40 am and I stopped to get some milk on way home from work... 3 people waiting at fuel pumps Sonia refused to serve all of us stating garage closed... That is not a 24 hour service station.... What can say..... The link provided takes me to a site out of the UK and does not support customer...I need a phone number for a area manager so this can be dealt with in a professional manner. Disgusted and after months of this poor disgusting service I'm taking a stand and want her either removed or retrained with serious attitude adjustment.

Night shift lady customer service is terrible. How she look at you says”go away”. Can’t even say good morning, thank you. She is silent like she can’t talk. It’s not first time she act this way. I get it, people have saometimes bad days. But she got every night. Is obligated when you are sale assistant to be nice and polite to customers.
