Cafe dirty absolutely disgusting had to ask for the table to be cleaned, ordered a drink and a cake they just left it on the side and didn't bother to tell me it was ready until I asked. I wanted to use the toilet but they were such a state I'd rather wet myself than use them, absolutely nasty.

These two people serving me were more then direspectfull saying i smoked when im a muslim man.We are all very religious and my friend had a asthma pump and she was making a mocker of it.she then made racial comments about my skin colur that has put me in a emotional state and nearly had a anxiety attack.

I felt absolutely disrespected by the vile customer service, I have never felt so discriminated against, I am a loyal Starbucks customer from day 1 of my life, and they were absolutely ableist towards me, demanding I leave the shop regardless of my difficulty breathing despite me just trying to use my atsthma pump, and dare to accuse me of smoking!!!!

Most of the staff here are lovely, however there are a couple who are so rude! No eye contact, no greeting, no smile, don’t acknowledge customers when they are standing in front of them, this is usually when the manager isn’t in. There are plenty of other options in Enfield Town now, I will be exploring those from now on.
There was flies on the cakes the service was cold and no toilet roll for somewhere that’s not cheap to be honest was horrible experience for lunch with two young ones will not go back.

Today I went here to drink a coffee, 4 employees were just talking, lack of cleanliness, I was not asked for my starbucks card before paying for the coffee and even after I was told that the card was scanned, in fact it was not scanned!! !Personally incompetent???
