We visit Enfield a couple of times a year and stay over. Visited Sun & Woolpack a few times and are always made so welcome. Staff are really friendly, they even put the darts on for us last night! Such a friendly welcoming atmosphere so we make sure we pop in everytime we're in town.

A young lady by the name of Chelsea was really warm and gracious when serving my husband and I. The pub has still got its old charm but with a fresh twist. Definitely needed revamping and pleased to say that’s happening now. By far the best pub on Hertford Road and best in prices.

Struggling to find a pub to host my mum's wake on St Patrick's day I contacted Paul at the Sun and Woolpack who was amazing and agreed to give us a private section of the bar. On the day we arrived to find Paul had decided to close the bar to the public so we could our wake it private, the staff were all amazing and the food fantastic. Thank you all for making such a difficult day that bit easier, we couldn't fault anything and were extremely grateful. Highly recommended!

Good pub. It's got considerably more expensive for the area after the partnership with Greene King, but I guess there are not many other options to keep going in these trying times. It's still a very good place to have some drinks, tidy, affordable, large garden and the only pub nearby serving hot food.

We went to the pub second time as we liked it at our first visit. 24th of March 2 ladies were working there.Pub was quite busy. The worst thing one of the ladies were having conversation with customers swearing a lot and also vaping behind the bar which not acceptable at all. Another lady went to customers table with hand in her pockets just to ask I they finish dinner. Then were on her phone walking around. Very disappointed as we like the owner a lot ! Won't go there again.
