Don't waste your money! The starters portion was embarrassing - there was more sour cream than potato skins! They missed an item from our order and some of the 'charred' food was clearly burnt. Food just sat waiting to be taken to customers for 10mins even though the restaurant was fairly quiet. A very disappointing visit.

I think this is one of the best TGI Fridays we have been to when it relates to the friendliness of staff, quality of service and the food. It's a fast food restaurant that is evolving, to take account of it's diverse clientele with vegetarian/vegan dishes. Although the restaurant is slightly off the beaten track, it is well attended and always seem to be "hosting" parties or large groups. A popular place to eat for all age groups. On this occasion some of the food ordered was not up to standard. My glazed burger was dry and the bun was also dry, hard and crisp on one side....not what I am used to.A plus side. The granddaughters enjoyed their meal and cleaned their plates in double quick time. A pity they do not have childrens sized cutlery - I always bring my own.Parking: There are disabled parking bays at the front and plenty of bays for the size of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kirsty, our waitress, made sure my Granddaughters were well looked after and entertained. Even made them fresh fruit salad.Wheelchair accessibility: There is good access for wheelchairs into the building and the disabled/baby changing toilets are spacious and clean. Drawbacks - the sink is too small and the tap is too "powerfull" when you turn it on! I managed to get water all over the floor while trying to wash my hands - not very safe for the next person.

Went to the bar for a drink today waited at least 10 minutes and still not served, the guy behind the bar had no interest in serving us said he was dealing with customers on his tablet. We went to walk out but decided to speak to manager who said she would look into it whilst looking like she found it amusingThis is the worst Tgi I have ever been too, we have eaten here a few times in the past and the service is always slow and not customer focused
