My 13 year old son choose here for his birthday dinner and also dictated the rating.The staff was on point with communication.We could see that the restaurant was full, but we didn't have to wait very long and while we waited we didn't feel forgotten or ignored.Our server explained that different parts of our order may come at different times because each dish takes a different prep time. We perfectly understood and because we knew what to expect we didn't have any unpleasant surprises.The dishes were delicious, flavourful and well presented. Ordered on deliveroo and after waiting for 90 minutes, I tried to get in touch with the restaurant, they didn't pick up the phone and Deliveroo couldn't contact them either.On the app, I could see drivers kept going to the restaurant to pick up the food, they hung around for a bit then had to leave due to it not being ready.In the end, I had to ask deliveroo for a refund, this was after 2 hours of not recieving my order and Wagamamas not answering the phone.Avoid this site.

Service quality was poor. They first brought the wrong dish to our table, then they decided to bring the main dishes one by one, and to top that off, we had to wait for our starters to arrive one by one, after we finished our main courses. In addition, when the waiter decided to bring the first starter dish, he basically throw the starter on the table and walked off to the next table in a disrespectful manner. Our waiter changed 4 times during the period and the initial waiter failed to take the order properly. I'd recommend not going there on Saturdays, as they have the worst staff during that time it seems.

I like the way they take your details at the door so you can wait in your car. Then you get a message when its your turn along with a link showing you how long to wait. Staff are lovely and the food excellent.
