An outstanding restaruant with an impeccable service along with polite staff. With a thoughtful hand gel outside to toilets to sanatize your hands along with a coat peg to make your eating experience comfortable. A thoughtful cake to represent that it’s my birthday. The food was exquisite. It was a nice ambience.

Myself and my wife, went here Friday 16th Feb, I had the fried mushrooms starter and pizza for main, my wife had the chicken pate starter and spaghetti meatballs for main, we felt ill two hours later, and we both literally got violently sick, and puked up our food, This has never happened to us anywhere else, shocking!!!

Went to this restaurant in the afternoon and when you see the restaurant busy then you know that it's a good one. The waiters were very friendly. We were presented with the lunch menu at £14.90 for a start and a main. There is pasta, pizza and risotto options. A mixture of beer, wine and soft drinks. The atmosphere was lovely as well as the decor. 3 lunch menu and 1 drink each came to £65

Food was a good standard, service and washrooms were more than acceptable. Bit pricey for what it is though.

Visited with family to mark an occasion. Had to do an earlier than usual time (late afternoon) but that worked we as the 2-course lunchtime menu still applied (up to 5pm), which brought the overall bill down substantially. Food-wise, it’s subjective, but I have to say I was disappointed by the starters. For starters, we shared 2 calamari fritti and 2 mezzaluna croccante between the four of us. Neither was particularly tasty, in fact even with the side dips I found them to be on the bland side of things. Mains were mostly variations on pizza, and one pasta dish (spaghetti carbonara). The pizzas were alright (you get to choose 2 toppings). Mine included pepperoni and fresh chilli. What I noticed though is that there wasn’t a lot of topping in either case. And annoyingly / strangely, our server didn’t enquire if anyone would be interested in having some chilli oil. My fault for not pointing it out. Wine was the most expensive part of the outing. An average tasting bottle of Pecorino came in at £27 (the low end of wine pricing at Zaza). Followed by some liqueurs at £4 each or so. Overall, food was average. Service was efficient enough, with only some minor communication issues between two different servers (one not realising the other was handling some things). The final price for 4 people was just over £120, which included mandatory 10% service charge, which seemed reasonable.

We love Zaza and often visit for special occasions. Food is delicious and service is efficient. This time I came with my work colleagues for Christmas and the food didn't disappoint. Staff were very friendly and everything was well organised given the large group.Parking: Parking can be difficult. Residents parking during the day but easier to park on single yellow after 6pm.
