I had ordered a pizza on my way to be delivered. However, the usually road we would go home on was closed due to an severe incident. This meant I would not be home on time for the pizza delivery. I called Domino's and there were very understanding and tried to ensure we received fresh pizzas when we got home. We were grateful for the understanding as the situation was out of our hands. The female manager was very friendly and had a very positive voice and ensured we would receive our fresh pizzas, which was lovely after the long evening stuck in traffic!Thank you so much!

The service was so aporent that I could give you a zero but I couldn’t so I give you a one. The customer service was a Pauling and the woman was being nasty to another customer and was giving insensitive gestures and crude behaviour to both me and my friend The that “claims” to be the manager. She was very spiteful and very irrational on her tone and altogether cancelled our order after my friend was saying “please try not to role your eyes at me because I don’t appreciate that.” But instead of taking her behaviour into account and apologise to my friend she CLEARLY did not take her dealings into consideration and CLEARLY argued back “accusing” us of having a go at her. This left my friend in tears after being mistreated as such by this self proclaimed manager. I strongly advise not to go tho this branch as their customer service is atrocious.

Delivered the wrong food and pizza had no pepperoni on. The customer service was appalling when I rang to complain and they refused to refund the money for the missing item! I've been a regular customer for years and always order the same thing, so have no reed or want to lie! They have even sent a member of staff to collect the potato wedges I didn't order. So I can only assume they will be delivering them to whoever didn't get them in the first place. Unfortunately my son ate them how embarrassing for the poor man who works there, I really felt for him

My wife made an online order And she is vegetarian. But she accidentally ordered hot and spicy pizza not knowing that it contains beef. When we received the order she called and was truthful to say what she did. She was told by a guy called himself Akash Patel that he can’t do anything about it as the ordered was placed online. I then called and explained again and he was like what do you want from me?!!! Is this how Dominos training their staff? But even than I said to him that we can’t eat this pizza and he said to us place another order then. He could have provide us a discount as we are not asking for replacement. Whole evening was ruined because the way we were talked to. I love dominos and after last night encounter with the staff ,my wife said never ever she will try Dominos again. Just letting you know this as if it was my staff were talking to another customer like this, I would have either fire him and train him properly before he face customer quiries. Thank you.

Delivered squashed pizzas. Promised as a sorry 2 pizza and sides when asked for that on beginning they decline that they made promise and declined sides promised. They are nice when taking money after they treat you inhumane and accuse you lie.

I ordered a pizza and a few sides after a long day. After 25 minutes of receiving the text I called to enquiry where my food was. I was told it was on the way and shouldn’t be long. After a further 15 minutes I called and they stated it had been delievered. I stated this was untrue as I was waiting for it. The lady (who wouldn’t give me her name) asked me to call back in half an hour. Now I called back and the said it was delievered. I still have not received this pizza and the woman was now starting to be aggressive. I stated that the driver may have delievered it to the wrong address and was told I was a liar and how could there be two address on the same road (stated I do not live on a road but a close with a flat with the same door number as mine which may appear to be like a house) was again called a liar and told there was nothing they could do. Requested they send my pizza to me and informed I would be complaining due to the manner I was spoken to in. I was then blacklisted as I could not call back but my sister could and they said ah this “f****ing woman” I’m so dissapointed in this service and quite frankly would like a refund as have not received the service I paid for. Highly dissapointed and shocked.

My delivery driver was loud rude smelled bad and barely spoke English we gave him very Clear directions to my house he yelled at me and my dad because he couldn’t follow directions properly he also only had 5 teeth at most so he’s definitely not clean enough to handle food
