Tonight i orderd chocken kebab donar meal and it was rubbish it was so oily and there chips oh my god it was horrable on there meanu it says free delevry but they charged me for the delevry but that doest matter what matter is there quality of there food i suggesting you to not eat from this shop i swear they changing there oil once in a week or more than that

First time ordering and won’t be ordering again. Received someone else’s order, called and they said they’d get a new one out, the second order came and it was still wrong instead of a kebab they sent chips and then third time around the order was STILL wrong but we decided to eat it anyway as it was just getting ridiculous reconfirming the same order over and over again with the manager and it still arriving wrong. The food itself was okay and arrived hot but getting an order wrong three times over is not only stressful for us but surely must be for your drivers and yourselves. I assume you were super busy and it’s a shame.

We have been using these Guys since we moved to in Erith almost 17 years ago, and up until recently they we're the best, no doubt, but now there have changed ownership and the doner meat recipe has changed and not for the better, absolutely awful compered to how it use to be. We now use Kebabies in Welling as the doner meat is to a much higher standard... p.s Iam a London born Turk and know how it should taste.... just saying.
