This place is far to concerned with delivery orders (as is most McDonald's) it's to packed and despite asking for a grill order & having to park up & wait we was given a normal burger, and even though we were sitting in the car park our fries were at best luke warm.Not

Honestly the worst mc Donald’s ever, the simplest things like sauce which I pay for are not in the bag. It’s like they are all slow in there . Fix up and read the receipt and everything that goes on it .

Ordered from here via skip and a burger had a bite taken out of it. Can confirm it was NOT our delivery driver as the bag was unopened. Absolutely disgusting.

They don't seem to know the meaning of DECAF tea or coffee in this branch. It's very embarrassing. From the guy taking the order at the ordering point to the lady giving out the ordered food at the window. They guy that took the payment understood, but we found it stressful. In the end, we just had to go for regular tea.

Great place always well made food never gotten a wrong order only issue is delivery drivers and drive through take priority so you might be waiting a bit for your food in the restaurant even if you're the only one

Restaurant rarely has milkshakes past 9pm. Had to park and wait almost 10 mins for a cheeseburger and Luke warm chips!

Used mcdonalds drive through to get food for the kids. Was told to wait at the bay to get the food. Waited for 20 mins and didn’t receive food . Went to the counter to check. It was obvious they messed the order. Had to wait another 10 mins before food was handed. Ordered meal deal but chips was missing. The staff are very inefficient and impolite. Horrible experience at McDonalds Erith today evening 7:20pm ( Wednesday 4th October 2023 )
