As usual, it is know for strong and fresh coffee, hot chocolate was good only not too bad, we have to do self service as we are already aware. Atmosphere was good as it is situated in corporate area.

Its Starbucks and its a chain, and is reflected in what is sold. Most are all the same. However what makes this completely different is the staff. The ladies go that extra mile and it really makes a difference to the day. Excellent service ? and so nice to see happy smiling faces in the morning ?

Staff were incredibly friendly and the overall vibe of the cafe is great, not too busy or crowded and sort of tucked away from the main streets. Also thanks to the woman who let me collect the Starbucks points from her order, I appreciate it.

Disgusting weak watery liquid claiming to be a Starbucks oat flat white but completely different from such drinks I've bought before. Still cost nearly £4. Don't even think about getting a coffee from the Starbucks kiosk to the immediate left of the main entrance.

the staff has no idea how to use the app nor help me with setting up a starbucks card. Whats worse, the staff pretended to have scan my app while in fact she did not. Were not able to confront her because they are closing soon and now my stars were lost.

I felt like I was in a college canteen. I visited today, 3 young lads working behind the counter, messing about, no professionalism. 1 female on shift not really getting involved in the messing about. Who left these to run the joint.

Service was slow, not a lot of costumers either. My mocha frappe was barely icy and pretty much melted by time It got in my hand. Coffee was only filled to halfway in the cup.

We went here after had our lunch that day. Had the delicious mocha frappe and cinnamon roll,dined in, stayed a bit longer and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

Since my daughter is a Starbucks employee, we went to a number of Starbucks locations during our recent travels through Europe. This one was fine. What we liked most about it was that it was a warm place to sit while waiting for a train. The bakery items were not fresh, and we were there in the morning.

Very poor...I ordered 2 drinks prior to going to Euston. One Americano and One skinny gingerbread latte with no cream. Sat down to drink them the latte came with cream. Returned to kiosk and pointed out the error. Staff proceeded to scrape the cream off the top of the coffee and return it to me. No offer of a replacement drink as they had got my order wrong. No question regarding potential allergy to cream. Service very poor.
