They keep you waiting at a pump for ages before they acknowledge you, only to be told to be told that pump is not working and I should use another one. It's like they ran out of "NOT Working" signs

I visit this store nearly on a daily basis to or from workI would like to say that the gentlemen in the store are always very friendly but on sat 8th of July I was spoken to very poorly by a member of staff just rude and did not seem to be happy to actually serve customers i took my e scooter inside the garage as I always do and she looked at me and in a very rude voice said don't bring that in here yet every other visit had no issueThis garage is always overpriced like every petrol station, but u might find a deal on drinks what is actually worth gettingIt is always clean insideWide range if items

I often use this service station and went in yesterday morning Saturday 27th May. I asked the lady behind the counter for a Daily Mail and she said she would have to sort all the papers first. I said that the staff normally just pull one Daily Mail out of the pile when they find it and give it to me. She said she would not do this and then I had to stand and watch her sort out about eight different titles and then finally give me my paper. She then said I was rude, my exact words said politely was “could I have a Daily Mail please” I then asked for the phone number of head office and she refused. I then asked to speak to the manager and she said I couldn’t. This lady obviously doesn’t like customers?

Just a warning to a all driver's DO Not USE this garage, one of our employees stopped, bought sandwich, ate it on way to terminal. The invoice issued showed time car leaving and car park ticket shows he made the terminal in under 1 minute. Have passed invoice to driver who is going to take it all the way to court

Bought 10+ items on eBay ‘click and collect.’ Tracking reported they were all delivered to Collect+ at the BP Garage at Hatton Cross near Heathrow. But nothing was received from Collect+ - they failed to enter the eCP codes to generate FM collection codes. Eventually I had to raise concern with eBay. They contacted the agent and two days later I got the FM codes and SMS texts and emails for collection. So went to the BP Garage this morning. But the incompetent staff hadn’t a clue what to do and the staff refused to let me have my items. I suspect that this is a scam to steal folks’ items. Not happy - I don’t like dishonesty.

Stopped at this BP station fill up the car and grab some food and had a lunch from subway setting in table provide don't understand way i Got a £100 parking fine for staying longer than 30 mins. REALLY? A parking limit of 30 mins, with signs saying customs parking with no time limits (we later checked on google pics) in a place that serves food and has tables? I find it extremely dishonest, it should be overly clear that the maximum stay is 30 mins but signs are inconspicuous and easy to miss never stopping again.

This is a story on a father visit BP station for the first time. The father drives his family and parked into a parking bay which is signed dedicated for customers but without stating the time limitation. The father buy the kids Subways and sit in to enjoy the meals and rest for a while. After several weeks, the father got a £100 parking charge! The company is so generous to offer a discount at £60 if I can pay early! Great business!I wonder why BP have to take risk to operate a petrol oil station business under current economic situation. You should operate parking bay business only. It is risk free and more profitable!

Update: After contacting bp directly they have finally cancelled the ticket. Although it's a welcome relief I think this issue could have been avoided.I fully understand the reasons for having parking enforcement so close to airport. I am now assured it is not the intention of either bp nor mfg(operator) to penalise genuine customers. If anyone else facing similar issues I suggest contacting bp or mfg directly instead of appealing to Euro car parks. Euro car parks is all too happy to make money and will never cancel the ticket.

Inadequate signs of parking restrictions, the sign states parking for customers only, doesn't say anything about time restrictions. I purchased lunch and spent some time in the sitting area only to go home to £100 fine. I genuinely feel like I have been scammed. So if you don't want to risk a parking ticket do not visit this place.

Very rude staff, no good customer service, even they don’t say apology when you complain about pump speed or when there is no hand wash in toilet or sanitizer on the floor. We go to this station just only for these facilities otherwise you can go and use other pumps

To be honest I dont want to give this garage a star!My dad came to this Petrol Station about 2:30 this morning just to fill up 2 cans of petrol which came to £16.02. Then to be told by a guy with glasses who was working the night shift that He to pay £35 for petrol or His job would be on the line. Now I'm not being funny I think that's disgusting for Him to say that cause all petrol Station state the maximum to spend is £35 not that tbey have to spend that much!! Even tho I went there with a friend of mine 1 hour before hand they only paid £25 for petrol cos that all they need for a full tank!! Think you need to have a good look at your night stuff!
