Franchisees should be checked. As they are removing pizza from the middle. The pizza came as egg shapped thanks to their practice and last time from large it became medium. This is unacceptable, on the positive note thanks to them stealing part of yoir pizza, your diet would be great as less pizza, less calories.Healthy option, as very soon they will start sending just empty boxes! Strongly recomend if you are not hungry, on a diet, or you just want to blow your money.

Adding on to Ben Pearce reviewAbsolutely disgusting treatment spent almost £35 on 2 pizzas 2 sides, driver couldn't find address over an hour after ordering when I gave him directions which should of taken a further 2 mins it took him almost 20 mins. On inspection of the food one of the sides looked like road kill one of the pizzas had been ordered with mushrooms both came with mushrooms as im allergic to mushrooms I couldn't eat my pizza on calling them back they said they would send me a new pizza with the same driver. 20 mins later we received our redone pizza without mushrooms. The driver asked for old pizza back. He opened the box and started telling us that its not mushrooms but onion. Like we dont know the difference. Also this time the pizza was not properly cooked as it was rushed. Absolutely disgusting service and waste of money the photo below is supposed to be cheese nachos not the same image you see on the dominoes app the whole thing could be picked up together. We spoke with the manager at the store all we got was he would speak with the driver and call us back still waiting.Also same issue as other complaints the driver had the pizza in hand rather than in a heated carry bag again cross contamination.

I've returned to this branch after 15 years. And thought that the quality would have changed. I ordered 4 pizzas, collection and I will not return again. All four pizzas were under cooked with raw dough. Stuff crust was raw. On collecting the pizza I saw a number of workers use their phones and touch raw produce...was this supposed to add extra flavour? It was a waste of Money and an insult to the American brand. I will continue to order elsewhere.

Pizza ? has gone up so much. For that price, u expect a better service. Ended up ordering online while at the branch because of the lack of service and also the language barrier. I presume someone can speak english, but at the time, the person that spoke to us was very limited or just couldn't be brothered to help.
