The SriLankan woman at the counter tonight, I didn't get her name, Maria's colleague on shift tonight is the RUDEST ever person I have met in my entire lifetime. Maria was very good and human towards her customers.The KFC app didn't send a confirmation email with the order number and the app when refreshed lost the order number. Any app like just eat, uber eats or deliveroo would send you a confirmation email with order number and details. How is it customer's fault that their own KFC app is underperforming by not sending order details to it's customers.How can a customer byheart and remember the order number and all the contents of the order when asked all of a sudden. I was trying to remember the order details, she is not even patient. In this world when you can be anything, try to be kind out of everything!!Please train your staffs to have basic respect, kindness and communication code of conduct to customers and not have an attitude that they rule the entire world.Such a shameful code of ethics and unprofessional behaviours!There is no star less than 1that can be given hence the 1 star even.

Hygine:I just purchased some food from here 30 minutes ago. one of the staff accidently dropped about 30 cup lids on the floor. she picked them up and placed them on the counter where my food bag was being prepared. I then was shocked to see these same lids get placed on the shelf along with the clean ones ready to be used for customers. that particular staff member didnt washs their hands either after collecting all the lids on the floor and went on about her work.I called for the manager, a lovely lady called Kothi, and asked her why the lids which had been on the floor where next to my food. she said she would look into it?? I replied, what is there to look into... those lids need to go into the bin. She then walked off, and I called for her again. she called out without looking at me, "wait a minute sir". I waited a few minutes for her to return and mentioned that she hadn't answered my question.I could see the staff training was lacking and I suggested that generally you should offer an apology and things that fall on the floor should not make it onto surfaces where food is pepper.What a thing to see before receiving my food. disgusting.KFC, you need better training for your staff. your customers are not dogs....

We were hungry and found this KFC in Feltham on Google. This was the worst KFC that I have eaten up till date. The food, the service, the ambience, the staff you name it the house was falling apart. They didn't even have ketchup to serve with the fries. I had to go down to a convenience store down the road to get ketchup. The staff was not all helpful especially a lady who was so rude. I request KFC to revoke their franchise and do justice to KFC.

Avoid this dump. Food appalling for the cost. The staff member handed us our order and when we questioned if everything was in it, he checked and found that one meal was missing. After he and the manager had handled all our food again, they had to cook our missing order which meant that by the time that was ready, the rest of the food was cold. The hot wing in the meal broke the world record for smallest bit of food that I have seen. The chip was bigger and there wasn't many of them. Won't be going there again.

Had bucket and dine in. The chicken was half cooked and the urine smell (probably coming from the toilet) was so annoying and disgusting. The staff was Ok thu. I felt like I am having a hospital food in a very run down hosptial in a 3rd world country.??

I have ordered original recipe chicken which served for me is half cooked , when I asked the same , the KFC waiters n manager are saying it's cooked as per their opinion meanse they don't want customer opinion, I don't know who's selling whom. Even the response also not good. The worst chicken I have ever tasted . I have also order barbeque sauce chicken the sauce which is also taste bad.
