Have been coming here for years and love the pub food, drinks and friendly staff.However the table booking system has gone bonkers!We went today at 1600 and sat at an unreserved table. After having a couple of drinks a reserved sign was put on our table from 1800 onwards, which seemed weird as we were already seated there. So we reserved another table from 1745 onwards which resulted in another group leaving as we had reserved their table. We then had to book another table as the max time you can book is 2 hours. So in the time we were there today we sat at 3 tables! Crazy! We also saw reserved tables with no shows which resulted in people who wanted tables standing at the bar waiting for tables. Great pub with decent reasonable pub food and drinks and great staff but please sort your table booking system out! It's like musical tables!
Wouldnt go there again, as the offers displayed dont work on the app and when asked staff they say they are not sure and unhelpful.
