I have bought a 10 piece bargain bucket, it was 6 drumsticks and 3 very small breast with wing and 1 thigh , it shouldn't be like this waste money, never ever go there again

this KFC is no my way home from work. Kids wanted a treat. Ordered a bargain bucket (10pc chicken + 4 fries) + 2 hot wings meals (10 chicken wings + fires each meal). Given a bag of food, you trust and assume all is there, and when I got home big disappointment – NO FRIES – tried to call – phone rings no one answers. All I can say is this KFC are cheats and fraudsters. Do not trust these guys – make sure you get what you ordered. Avoid this restaurant-- bad service. Better yet make a healthier choice and eat somewhre else

I visit this shop on Saturday 02/12/2023 at about 7.15 pm, ordered a family bucket of 6 pieces, from there to my home is only 8 minutes with my car which the heater was in full. we open the bucket the pieces of chickens were very old and hard, chips very soggy. This is very sad such a big company serving horrible food.Moss
This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Ordered through uber eats. Food was stone cold despite being at the most a 5 minute drive away. One meal had at most 10 chips with it, and the other had no chips at all! Save your money and get Tru chicken in finchley. Never again.

The staff here is very impatient. We are still looking at the menu for only 5 seconds (no exaggeration as we literally just walked-in) and yet they clearly don’t want to take our order and told us to go self service. There’s no other customers during this time, not even delivery orders. Staff is not approachable and not willing to help. Then, when we placed our order, they’ve completed the orders of the customers after us who also ordered sharing buckets! They didn’t even inform us we have to wait 20 minutes for chicken, but they did inform the customers after us! So clearly, they are intentionally doing this. KFC really need to monitor their staff or extend their training!
