On this occasion, I wanted to express my gratitude about how an unfortunate situation was handled with my last delivery order.My partner and I order fairly regularly from here, and have never had any issues with food quality. You always know what you're going to get! Last night, our rider had not arrived 30 mins after the latest expected delivery time, even though it went out for delivery on time and we're only 5-10 mins away. The staff at the branch were helpful and understanding, and worked to establish what had happened before arranging an immediate replacement. This arrived promptly, piping hot, and was delivered by a very friendly rider.Long story short, we're very satisfied with the quality, service, and now also the customer support when ordering directly through the app from this branch, which you simply don't get with third-party providers like Just Eat or Deliveroo.Thank you! We'll be back ☺️

Admittedly I don’t usually order from Pizza Hut but I have been craving their garlic tear and share so I placed an order together with their desert version and a few other bits. It is clear that there was cross contamination as the cheese and garlic version was half covered in cinnamon sugar and vice versa the desert version clearly had garlic in it. Do better Pizza Hut!

Been a regular for many years. Love the pizzas, sides and very friendly staff. In the rare instances, an order is not 100% correct, they rectify immediately with no hesitation. The pizzas themselves are very good value, especially when compared to other places. More than the food, it’s the service that I like. Food is always made on time. Will keep coming here for my pizzas
When my kids come to visit, their first choice is pizza from pizza hut! I’ve always found them hospitable, quick and thorough. Only one mess up in the years I have ordered from them, and even then it was rectified quickly (everybody makes a mistake).The food is lovely too, and the kids have a great time.Keep up the good work!

Ash the top boy in working severed me from pizza hut was the best pizza ever I got I ask for welldone and it was perfect and some garlic on crust was one from this place so big up Ash the guy severing top bloke friendly and a joy to talk to I live near by and is pluser to come here for my pizza ?

Great service. I accidentally ordered a meat supreme online rather than a veggie. They didn’t even batter an eyelid, they said don’t worry give us 10 mins and we will make you another. It was fresh and nice and hot. They are lovely in here
