“Today morning I was waiting there at 6am. Opened on time. The lovely lady who opened, forgot to turn on the toaster, but she was apologizing and tried to make it up for me. I was in a hurry to goto work so she did everything that she could. Got an extra almond croissant for free because of the complications. She explained, this was her first opening. I'm just on a manager training so I know how though to open a business. She was very sweet and lovely. Please keep her and take care of her ☺️ we need more people like her in the hospitality sector (I'm also working in a chain, it's rare to have such a lovely customer experience)”
