I drink Costa coffee for quite a while now but never experienced such a disrespectful women toward costumer , I asked for her name to contact the head office to complain about her , but she refused giving me her name. A usually cover her head with scarf , two time she's been rude and disrespectful.

I just wondering if people here are trained to make coffee or its there first time making coffees? Beside not friendly they doing nothing but looking at you all the time. Never go there again .

I came to this Costa few days ago, I asked for an Americano to have in 2 times, but that girl with covered head serve it in a take away cup, when I told her that I will have in she looked upset at me , even I mentioned to her 2 times, when I insisted to have in, she said we run out of cups, lastly she said if your are not happy you can leave.I asked for refund and I told her that I am writing to head office for this matter. She just take your money and leave and don't back again.
