I found this kfc food to be good but the staff are absolutly useless.tgey always,always,always get something wrong i bring food home and now have to go through my bag before leaving.they always forget something

The food was absolutely disgusting! The food arrived cold and the chicken in the wrap was burnt, the chips were cold and yuck, I couldn't even eat it. I hadn't ordered KFC in more than 5+ years so I thought I'd order it and I will never order it again after this experience. Sooooo overpriced I wasted £23 on food that went in the bin. Really really disappointed I hope people read these reviews and don't order from KFC anymore, they don't care about what they serve customers, all about money.

The food here is horrific. My chicken tasted bitter and the chips tasted weird. As though it was cooked in dirty oil. The food here is terrible eveytime. I was speechless when I tasted it.

I recently visited the KFC restaurant on Finsbury Park and while the food was decent, the service was severely lacking. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They spoke to me in a dismissive and condescending manner, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.Despite the rude behavior, I decided to order my food and proceeded to wait for my order. The food was okay, but the overall experience was tarnished by the unprofessionalism of the staff member.I hope that KFC takes steps to address the behavior of their employees and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity. While the food may be good, it is not enough to justify the mistreatment of customers. I hope that the management of this particular location takes this feedback seriously and takes action to improve the behaviour of their staff.

I am not happy with the service I have ordered food which was cold and I added source which I got nothing . It doesn’t hurt to be nice and plus just because you couldn’t have what I ordered you decided to ruin my order. However I will make sure I order from a different branch. I still get happy over it. It is the worst off branch in whole world. As, it’s the only kfc on Deliveroo which could deliver food to my address therefore whenever I place the order then after 1 hour they cancel it. And today, when I contacted their branch through phone they say that it’s up to them that whose order they should accept whose not. I am totally flabbergasted at the level of their immature customer service. KFC should definitely change the staff and or cancel the license of this franchise

I’m so disappointed with the service in this branch, the lady who was serving at the counter was picking her ear which was disgusting! She then move on to doing people food without cleaning her hands. This place has poor hygiene. The lady attitude was so bad!!!

I’m usually a huge KFC fan, and I’m extremely disappointed to say that this is, not one of, but THE worst KFC I’ve ever been to — staff were awfully rude upon a simple request; not only did they refuse the request multiple times, but they did so with utter rudeness and contempt. To add insult to injury, items were missing from my order. Whoever runs this KFC should be fired, or at least get some decent staff…

Avoid at all costs, everytime I go there I'm always having problems, never chicken available and small pieces. Always waiting for chicken plus staff can be rude. The chicken is dry and nasty chips. I've complained to head office but they don't seem to care. There's other chicken shops in the area go to them instead. Honestly don't waste your time or money. AVOID!!!!!! PS CHECK THE OTHER REVIEWS AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!!
