The food is excellent and it is absolutely fresh and hot making it perfect. The service was excellent as the staff was complementary to me. The atmosphere is perfect as it wasn’t busy at times anyways. Wheelchair access is available at this branch. It’s also right next to the station making it perfect for a little stop.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids area to go and play about while you are resting at the McDonald’s.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp there to help you get to the McDonald’s or you can go around the back and make your way through there.

Ordered a Big Mac meal with banana milk shake. The milk shake was half filled, same with the chips. Ridiculous. Won’t be ordering from this branch

At the beginning I wanted to order food myself through the self-service checkout, but it didn’t work!The checkout accepted everyone’s order when it was my turn to order, the cashier said that he was busy and will be back soon, but she just walked around the kitchen! Everyone received their orders and I was still waiting for the cashier, but she didn’t come!In the end, I just got tired of waiting and left!

I'm not sure what was going on in the kitchen tonight but the service was terrible. Our order took over 20 minutes dispite there only being around 10 people waiting for food and it being just gone midnight. We were lucky our food only took that long in hindsight as the people before us had been waiting longer when our food was ready. We only had 8 nuggets in a 9 nugget box ( the dips were also missed) and the hot chocolate was luke warm, no cream and was the original, not the christmas caramel one we paid for. Over all terrible evening.

Has to be one of the worst McDonald’s ever, their service is absolutely ridiculous from making errors in peoples order and delivering the incorrect items. with caution as they never pick up the phone what is the point of having a contact number if nobody is able to pick up the phone. I ordered two meals and the fries was missing from one. I also ordered sauce for chips which you should not have to pay for and that Was also missing so chips without sauce and incorrect items

Ordered delivery late night. Quarter pounder meal plus mcchicken.Fries were not salted. Fries always need to be salted and it’s clear whoever was on fries did not use their salt shaker at all.McChicken was dry. Must have had 1 pump of sandwich sauce or less because the mayo in the burger was sparing.Quarter pounder was good. Milkshake was good.Wouldn’t order from this particular branch again. Night shift is tough however the fries having no salt would be like forgetting ketchup and mustard from the cheeseburgers. Simple part of the routine forgotten and shows low standards. Would be interested in their CSAT.
The burger was stone cold, as were the fries. The milk shake was lumpy. Would have been better off going to Burger King

I wasn't too hungry, so I decided to get some chicken salad this time . Look at the photo, 2 small pieces of chicken in the salad they gave.. One piece was dry, and the other one was wet and soft on one side. Of course, I have to throw it in to bin and go to a closeby local chicken shop.

Every time I have ordered fries from macdonalds haringey they always arrive cold and had are they not able to cook hot fries and have them delivered at least relatively hot enough to eat. I don't usually post but this is the fifth time I have ordered fries and yet again can't eat them because they were cold and hard. I don't think I'm asking too much I pay for my food and it would be great to be able to eat it as they are quick to take my money. ???
