Misleading Opening TimeI recently encountered a discrepancy with the opening time of your coffee shop. According to the online information, the shop was supposed to open at 06:00, but upon my arrival at 06:05, a staff member informed me that the actual opening time was 06:30.As a loyal customer who relies on your service before catching my train, this inconsistency is concerning. I value the trust I've placed in your establishment, but such discrepancies can be inconvenient and frustrating.I pay for a subscription, and it's disheartening to see inaccurate information online. Really rude guy. Asked for salted caramel oat late with vanilla using my subscription. he declined. I said I know it goes through as other shops do my order fine, if it didn't go through I said id be happy to pay the extra.He said "it doesn't work with me".I asked for their name by someone else who worked there for them to decline, and instead tell me "they need their coffee to relax".Guy was really rude and refused to serve me for no other reason than i asked for something pret offer.if it didn't go through id have been happy to pay and I made this clear.left the interaction stressed out. we all have stuff going on. i work in a coffee shop myself and would never be this rude.Guy was bald. Had a beard. medium height. no attempt to apologise even though my order went through and have been sat here for 20 minutes.will be coming back tomorrow to request a manager.

District-level management should be giving much more support to this Pret. It’s in a very busy area and yet there isn’t nearly enough attention given to customer needs. For starters, one easy upgrade would be to offer Pret’s filter coffee at this location.

The staff make this place great, they are consistently busy and short staffed. The customers come across rude quite a few times but they handle customers professionally and are exceptional at serving customers.

The young black man who makes coffees, the supervisor with the short goldish hair, the Latin American man who makes coffees, and more are all lovely. I love coming here! Super friendly and lovely conversation. Just an amazing team all round. You can tell they make a great effort with their customers and local community. Sorry I didn’t catch their names.

Appalling customer service (from the same man that people in these reviews have mentioned) and no iced drinks available- such a bad start to my pret subscription- which I've literally started today. Will be avoiding this pret going forward which is a shame as its on my way to work.

Unfortunately this Pret falls below the standard expected and of other Prets that I visit daily. I am a subscriber and pay £30 a month but was refused service today at 1215 by the manager here. The reason given was the subscription system was down. Now I understand that may be an issue for staff there but refusing service is a very poor answer and made their problem my problem. Not good enough Pret, please train your staff better. I was happy to prove I had a subscription and leave my details but was still refused.I pay a subscription for a simple and reliable service. What am I paying for if I can go into a Pret with working coffee machines and still be refused service?Not happy!

On the 8th ofJune at about 1:15pm, I walked in and asked for an iced oat latte. A middle aged man with a beard and shaved/bald head was quite abrupt, almost bit my head off and said that they don't do iced oat lattes. I said that's fine I'll have an oat latte. He repeated the order saying one latte, which I corrected him with OAT latte which he then rectified on his machine. I proceeded to tell him he didn't need to be so rude about the whole situation. He replied again with telling me that they don't do iced lattes and then proceeded to make the coffee. I was quite taken aback by his behaviour and I told his colleague barista that he didn't need to be so abrupt. His colleague waved him off as if to say don't take any notice and proceeded to diffuse the situation with asking about my day, being professional and friendly etc. Very unprofessional behaviour by the first employee but from what I can see from other reviews this is not the first time with this particular person. I simply wanted a coffee, I never asked for a side of attitude.

I was waiting patiently to be served, and was the only customer at the counter, and one other customer waiting to collect. Once I got the attention of the assistant, I asked for my drink, it was like it was too much of an effort. I asked for my drink to be extra hot, as I always do as I find that they get cold quite quickly. Only to be told that it has already been made. It was too quick for my liking!!! And lukewarm too, No attempt was made to meet my needs. As a long standing pret customer, I felt and was ignored , My first visit to the Finsbury Park Pret. Not a pleasant experience.
