This place could be so much better. There is always a shortage of seating, but the staff never open the downstairs section. Coffee is usually served in paper cups, not proper cups or mugs. And the door closer is broken, so the front door is always left open and the place becomes cold. Management don't seem to care ...

Today morning I was waiting there at 6am. Opened on time. The lovely lady who opened, forgot to turn on the toaster, but she was apologizing and tried to make it up for me. I was in a hurry to goto work so she did everything that she could. Got an extra almond croissant for free because of the complications. She explained, this was her first opening. I'm just on a manager training so I know how though to open a business. She was very sweet and lovely. Please keep her and take care of her ☺️ we need more people like her in the hospitality sector (I'm also working in a chain, it's rare to have such a lovely customer experience)

Drinking out of a paper cup, when sat at a table. The cake kindly brought to our table in a paper bag. Drinks took so long I went to check just sat on counter. Thought as was asked my name they would at least call name.What a ware of paper and plastic if not needing takeaway.

This branch is so lame, people behind the counter take more time to socialize than pushing out orders even when there are barely any customers in the store. Dirty surfaces too. Busier branches with less employees are maintained better than this branch.

A shame to see only one barista working the early morning shift, and some mistakes were made with my order because he obviously had a lot to do. It took over 20 minutes for my order. However, he was great and smiling throughout and apologised with a free drink.Also, I know prices aren't your fault but it was over £10 for a medium PSL & a panini, so I wish I had gone somewhere else.

I was shocked the way someone called "Jay" behaving after I've told him to turn the AC because I am cold, his answer was colder : he said the AC has to be on all the time regardless ? of the the weather of the way costumers feels about it, I think this place is just go away mentality. Later he said the head office made rules about this AC to be on all the time and we don't have control over it, I didn't believe him cos the law says otherwise.

I think we've all been to a Starbucks. It's like that.If you like Starbucks, you'll like it here. If you despise it, avoid.I have come here for a business meeting. I'm not a fan of the coffee, but there are plenty of other options. Staff are very friendly, music is at a level that allows conversation, WiFi is strong.

As a former Sbux partner, this store was a huge disappointment. Condiment bar was not cleaned, refilled, nor emptied of the trash. Many of the tables were sticky and still had trash on them. Drinks were not called out or announced. What were the partners/staff doing? They were having fun chatting.This is not the first or second time we've been here and experienced the same exact thing. We really SHOUD not come here again, but ya know, loyalty to my old favored company, but seeing as nothing is going to change and management doesn't seem to care- I will be staying away and recommending people give this location a skip. Are good hard working people really THIS HARD to find??

Sadly there is a complete lack of cleanliness in this shop with staff refusing to clear off or wipe tables. Asked if they could wipe my table and they said yes but ignored the request. Whilst I sat working I saw the place get dirtier and dirtier including the toilets, and whilst it's great they seem to get on and are happy and laughing with their colleagues its a shame they don't take cleaning as a priority in a food establishment

Where's the manager. Staff continued talking rather than serving. My table was not cleaned as it had crumbs all over. Toilet floor completely wet, had to call someone to clean it - hazard waiting to happen. Not everyone knows to pick up their drink at the end of the counter so my drink had deteriorated before I had begun to drink it. Had to go back for a straw as it was not provided. Will I go back - no. They clearly made sure I was not welcome.
