You'd think with the wait times that they're out back chasing chickens down to kill and cook fresh, but You'd be wrong. Food looks like its been refried, items always missing. Before it was hit and miss, now its just miss, think I'll just go a few doors down to Papa's.....

Don’t go there it’s KFC from outside but when I got inside one of staff asked me and gave me tissue paper to clean the table which I chose to sit and eatActually I’m customer and not the staff or cleaner to do this jobThen I got 2nd bad experience from this kfc on same day after I ordered Gravy triple bucket one of lady staff called me after 10 minutes said there is something missing and said they don’t haveWhy she didn’t tell this before I payI ordered gravy bucket I got non gravy bucket???Totally upset from this kfcVery bad service from this KFC

Visit Forest Gate KFC many occasions, the food is hit & miss, depends if you catching it being cooked fresh or been there for awhile under the heater. Chips sometimes are re-fried as I have seen this on many occasions.Service could be much better, always seen to be short on staff with the volume of orders. Had to waited over 25 mins after ordering online for collection.
Date 18/12/2023The entire staff who were on duty that day should be dismissed. It is disappointing that the first person serving me couldn't communicate in English. Furthermore, the chicken I was served was undercooked, and I had to discard it after already putting ketchup on it. This KFC experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.

Worst food ever tasted ! Got order of just eats they gave the wrong stuff , I ordered sparkling water and I get still, i ordered thigh and I get a wing, I mean can they not read the orders properly?? And worse my chicken in my burger was cold, stale and hard nearly broke my teeth plus tasted funny for which I’ve kept receipts just in case and if anything I will complain to the food standards agency as I half the burger still. Waste of money and a total waste of time- never going there again ????

This place is ridiculous. It’s the second time I’ve ordered and they have not given me the correct order. I ordered vegetarian and they’ve brought chicken! It’s not even my name on the order. The driver has no clue what’s happening.I’ve tried to call them twice and no answer. Had to request a refund from just eat.
